I had a slow drip on my outdoor faucet and Juan replaced it. I called him on Monday, he came the next morning and arrived on time. He's very friendly and suggested replacing the hose bib with one that's threaded so in the future I could replace the faucet without calling a plumber. I really appreciated that. Since faucets should last 10 years or more, it's not like he's hurting his business, plus it's a small repair in the world of plumbing. His bid was low enough that I didn't have to call around. Juan succeeds again! The shower in my extra bathroom wasn't working. Another plumber wanted to charge a lot! I looked on Yelp and found Sal lCal plumbing. Juan came out, and when he encountered some problems he did not give up. He ended up having to come back another day with his nephew to help and replaced a big pipe under the house that was blocked by hard water deposits. His communication was excellent - he kept me apprised of his progress and of additional costs. I know for a fact that I still saved money over the other guy. Juan so clearly takes pride in his work! I would hire him again in a minute!

Juan is very professional, honest, hard working, and thorough. When I contacted him for emergency water leaking due to main waterline broken, he responded within 5 minutes. He showed up less than 20 mins and took an action immediately. He came back the next day to replace the main water line as well as fixing other valves. He cleaned up everything after he finished the job.
It's a nightmare to find a good trustworthy contractor in this era, but here is Juan you can trust.
