I went away for a month last winter. Before I left I told Roger Sakowich of Sakowich plumbing that I hated my bathroom. I had a shower stall that was well past it's prime, no vanity - just a small sink, and a floor missing tiles. I basically told him I wanted grey and I didn't much care after that. Unfortunately my home is not my priority so I would have been happy with whatever upgrade he could give me. I handed him my house keys and left.

I came home a little more than a month later and he was almost done. I wish I had before pictures. And the most amazing part was that it was all within my budget. We only had one FaceTime call where he was at the store for me to look at tiles. It was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have imagined a nicer outcome!!!

Terrible service. They used to be better but have recently gone down the drain (no pun intended). Horrible service and customer service.

Used them to change the boiler in my house. We are freezing apparently the boiler is undersized and we can't do anything about it. The only relief we have is to use one thermostat at a time only in the part of the house we are hanging out in. It's very inconvenient to us it's like turning light switches on and off when you leave a room. Do not use them

Reliable, reasonable, and FANTASTIC service. I definitely recommend this company. They did an excellent job replacing a waste pipe. They came exactly when they said they would, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after. I was thrilled I didn't have to replace any tiles - they were a pleasure to work with and I will use them again if I ever need a plumber.

Sakowich plumbing has always been good to my family. Whenever we have a leak or problem they come on over to take care of things. They have always been really nice and fair.

Just recently we had a leak under our sink and they took care of it. And we're putting in a sprinkler system in our front yard. Of course the on off switch was under the sixty year old tree we have. But Sakowich plumbing called the water district to come in and out in a new valve. They saved me a lot of time and I had no aggravation. I can't thank them enough.

Will definitely continue to use their service.

Great service, fair pricing. The mechanic did a great job and explained his work well. Didn't try to sell or add more services. Most mechanics see a woman as easy prey for upcharging. The office explained the time and material rates and that's what I paid. They came in a timely fashion and had the parts to do the repairs quickly and completely within one hour. The toilet and faucet are working properly again and I have a new plumber!

I wish I could give this plumber negative 5. He doesn't even deserve one star. Mr. Sakowich was extremely deceptive and seems to enjoy ripping off senior citizens - big time. My elderly father paid over $3,000 to this plumber in order to bring a bathroom up to code, and he did absolutely nothing. I soon found out that he did not even bother submitting the permit, (I had to submit it for my father) and when the town plumbing inspector came, the bathroom was not up to code. The plumber that my father used, who actually brought this bathroom up to code, was so infuriated with Mr. Sakowich that he suggested we sue him, and he even offered to help; however, when my father consulted with my lawyer, he said that it would be too time consuming and expensive to sue. He has no qualms about ripping people off.
