I have been very impressed with Sakonnet Plumbing's response time, service, and professionalism during a period of multiple plumbing challenges in 2020 and 2021. They went beyond the call of duty to help a heating contractor who was working on my house, they fixed the well and then a toilet within a few hours of my calls, and they replaced a water heater over a weekend. In every instance they were prompt, capable, Covid-prudent, and charged very reasonably... I couldn't be more pleased with their team.

These guys are AMAZING!

I secretly hate giving this review because I already have such a hard time getting on their schedule they're so busy.

But Sakonnet Plumbing truly deserves exceptional marks for their customer service as well as the quality and professionalism of their work.

Sakonnet ghosted me.....

We had a leak in a Kohler jetted tub that was in need of repair. Sakonnet came out and diagnosed as faulty tub jet seals and provided us with quote for $2000 to fix. That was in April

After multiple emails and calls that "" they will get back with you today"". I gave up in June.

Had a Kohler recommended plumber come out - was never the jets, it was simply a cracked p-trap. I won't say what I paid, but the savings would amount to a week holiday at a nice resort.

Sakonnet didn't have the courage to say ""we don't want to do the job"". Sad.
Maybe a good plumber, but wouldn't know as they ghosted me

Sakonnet Plumbing has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Jim was the most recent plumber that came to our aid - he took time to explain to me why he was doing what he was doing & recently having moved to LC from Boston - no plumber would have ever taken the time to do that! Jim was professional, courteous, and very efficient!
