I have never dealt with a trade this bad in any capacity. They were contracted to install the plumbing in our commercial building October 2017. An issue arose where there were rocks in the line which created many issues in our building. They have been out 20 times in 16 months to put bandaids on the issue but never resolved the actual problem. They also failed to properly seal the roof drains which means we get leaks in our building every time it rains. I have reached out to the owners and they will not even take a phone call or respond to an email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I bought a ceiling fan from Home Depot and was looking for an installer so after talking to a few I decided to go with S.A.K. and I'm very glad I did. It involved installing the new light/fan with remote in our master bedroom and moving the existing light/fan to my office where there was only a fan. I'm very satisfied with the job that Jimmy did. He was polite, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Communication with Dawn in the office was very good; though I could tell she was extremely busy she took the time to answer my questions politely. I will undoubtedly be doing business with S.A.K. again as a disabled homeowner who needs a reputable company to work with.

What a great experience. It started with Dawn in the office and ended with Chris in the field. Knew costs prior to going out and no hidden fees. Would strongly recommend this company for any plumbing needs

Unprofessional and unethical. Stay away from this company.
We called them several months ago because we had an electrical issue in our house. Their electrician spent some time trying to find out why we were experiencing power outages in half of our house and after an hour of diagnosing, his best guess was that the problem was related to the main switch. He recommended to have a new main breaker installed. We agreed and told him to go ahead. He took pictures of the old switch and told us that he had to order it. We paid S.A.K. for the service call / diagnosing and made another appointment. They also had to call SRP to turn our power off for the installation of the new main switch. About a week later, the S.A.K. electrician arrived together with a SRP technician who turned the power off. After about 30 minutes I went to see what the S.A.K. guy was doing. I thought that it would take him no more than 5-10 minutes to swap the breaker style switch out. When I asked him what he was doing and why it was taking so long, he confessed that he had ordered the wrong switch and that he had to put the old one back in again.
In the meantime, the SRP technician outside had figured out that the problem was related to the connection of our house to the transformer at the street and told us that we would get a reimbursement for what we had already paid to S.A.K. when they first came out.
When we called SRPs claims department we were advised that they had already paid S.A.K. for their second trip to our house. When we explained that they were not able to install the new main breaker due to their mistake, we were advised that they did not know anything about the wrong part. S.A.K. charged S.R.P.'s claims department behind our back without having provided any service. They should feel ashamed, this was close to fraud.
After this experience we should have stayed away from S.A.K. but we thought that their concrete department would be different. We were quoted $ 4,- per sf and a minimum charge of $ 850,- when we called. Someone still had to come out to look at the job site (less than 200 sf). Their representative spent almost half an hour measuring the rectangular area and left again without saying anything. A day later we received a ""job proposal"" via email: $ 1,850.- without any explanations why they went from $ 4,- per sf to $ 9.43 /sf.

S.A.K. was provided to me through Home Depot Pro Referrals, along with 2 others. S.A.K. did not contact me and after 3 days I called and asked them if there was a reason. She said that they get 20 to 25 ""of these a day from Home Depot"" and they can't possibly keep up with them. So... Instead of calling and saying they don't have time I guess they just ignore. I always take these things as a red flag on overall reliability of a business. I can't comment on their work.

I called S.A.K to have four small electric jobs done prior to having a new kitchen remodel done. They had a serviceman man here within two hours of calling and it wasn't an emergency situation. Ross did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. They quoted their prices on the phone and I was pleased with the overall cost. I will use them again to do more electrical and plumbing work

Contracted with SAK for all our concrete, plumbing and electrical needs for our new construction home over the last year. Each phase of the home build that SAK was responsible for was done on time and of the highest quality. The employees of each trade that came out to the house were well trained professionals that worked closely with me as the home owner acting as the general contractor. Since I had never built a home before, I had many questions, that SAK leadership was more willing to sit down and address each one to my full satisfaction. SAK recently came out within 2 days of contacting them to follow up on a few electrical items. The worker (Ross) showed up on time, with full knowledge of the work before him. He was professional, courteous and personable. When I reflect back on all the trades I contracted with to build our dream retirement home, the best decision I made was to bundle the contracts of concrete, electrical and plumbing with the professionals at SAK.

Tony of S.A.K. Electric installed a new ceiling fan for me today. He was everything one could ask for in a service person. He was punctual, extremely courteous, and very efficient. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was completed. If Tony is typical of S.A.K. service personnel, then I will be using S.A.K. for my plumbing and electrical work in the future.

THE WORST!
They came out to replace a sump pump. They sent someone out to work on this.
I came home from work thinking that the problem would be solved. We were worse off. The sump pump did NOT get fixed but the plumber left a big hole in my wall and said nothing to anyone about it. He dropped his machine that he was using down our stairs which had feces in it, now it is all over our wooden stairs and basement living area.
Then he used our mop and attempted to clean up his mess. Left us a nice bill for $225 dollars that he spent destroying our home. When I arrived from a 12 hour work day this is what I have to be faced with and have to now clean and sanitize everything.
I called the company and talked to Dawn about the hole that he left in the wall and his bill that said we had to have someone else come out to fix Dawn said that they do not do these type of jobs. Not sure what the guy was doing there if that's the case. He was in my home for 2 and a half hours doing what exactly?
Scott has emailed the company and called the General Manager he has not answered his phone calls.
When we sent a bill for the repairs that had to be done then he responded what is this? Scott responded it's for the damage that was done by the plumber.
Well we called another plumber out and he fixed it with in the hour. We did not have to call someone to come and unclog or drain anything.
All that had to be done was replace the sump pump.

Used SAK electric for a problem with an open ground in my home. Ross and his assistant came out were able to repair my problem quickly and for a fair price for the size of the job. I would definitely use them again for any electrical problem i was having. A #1.
