This is the first time in the eight years I've owned
my home, that I've ever been happy with a contractor. I completed a full nightmare of a dormer on my home and was very skeptical to ever hire another contractor again. Tommy and Joe came to remove my waste line so a basement repair company could repair a collapsing wall. They removed all the piping in one day with only one weeks notice. The basement wall repair was completed the next day, and then the plumbing was completed on the third day. They also came to install a slop sink for my washer and a full home water filtration system with second faucet. All of this was completed in three days. Literally flawlessly and the guys were so accommodating, polite and helpful. I am so grateful that there are good workers still left in this world like Tommy and Joe because they made this repair so easy for me and my family

I even had a loose/wobbly bathtub faucet in my upstairs bathroom that Tommy helped me out with free of charge. Very grateful for all their help.

We're doing major renovations, Tommy has been great since the start...
Complete tear out and installation of new boiler (Peerless), and storage tank... New plumbing to the 2nd floor and heat as well. Tommy and his guys are true professionals, they took great care throughout the job, still more work to be done. Not disappointed... Honest and true to his word!

SPP has done all the new work and repairs in my families home for the last several years. I have had my share of dealing with plumbers and cesspool people in my lifetime but my experience with Tommy Mahoney is second to none. Not only does he show up when expected he is genuine in explaining situations giving me options and at a fair price. I've had several cesspool people at my home all giving me no guarantees except a bill for a minimum $10,000 sight unseen and would not fix the problem. Tommy resolved my problem. On the coldest day of the year I had no heat. Tommy was at my home immediately found the problem was with my thermostat and not my burner that could have been extremely expensive. I wouldn't have known otherwise. For 3 years I'm in this house my hot water would not stay hot. Can't even begin to tell you the reasons I have gotten from others and quotes were outlandish. Tommy examined the situation, fixed the problem and within my budget not even close to what I've been quoted from others. If there was ever an honest plumber, Tommy is the only one I have come across. He is knowledgeable, honest and as far as I am concerned has hands of gold. I wouldn't attempt to use anyone else again. So glad I found him. A million stars would not be enough to give him based on my experience. I am now a customer for life!

What makes a company deserving of a 5 star rating? 1)- Fair price 2)- Expert, prompt and reliable service. 3)- Courteous and respectful treatment. Tommy provides all of this. He has been servicing all of my plumbing needs for over two years and I wouldn't use anyone else.

This company deserves all the praise they can get. Tommy helped me out when my own service company was ""too busy"" to send a tech.

He fixed the problem and even pointed out some ways I can check things out on my own.
