I would give this place no stars if it were possible. Whatever you do, DO NOT used this place!!!! They are a complete rip off.

I called them on February 19th because I had a clogged sink in my kitchen that would not drain. I needed someone to help because it was an emergency. The man that they sent over, named George apparently, was acting so strange that the doorman in my building thought he was high. No joke. He spent about an hour and a half cursing at the top of his lungs, banging things, and then cursing some more. I told my boyfriend that we were clearly going to be paying for the show he was putting on and not the work as it did not seem like he was getting anything done.

He used our bathroom about six times, which I thought was odd. He unscrewed a pipe and it dumped disgusting brown water all over our kitchen rug. By the time he left had done NOTHING and charged us $450!!!!!! That was in addition to the fee we expected to pay for him simply coming over. This is outrageous. Especially considering that our sink was worse when he left than before he came over.

Not to mention he left our kitchen A FILTHY MESS!!!! There were dirty brown handprints everywhere, including the doorway to our bathroom. Our sink was not leaking underneath by the pipes before he got here, and yet suddenly the space under the sink was flooded with water. He left crap everywhere and left our home a complete disaster. It took me over an hour to clean up his filthy mess.

I immediately emailed the company and attache the photos that you see here. A girl named CeCe who works for them said no manager was around but could I email her the receipt? I did. She said someone would get back to me. No one did. I emailed again on the 25th. Nothing. Then on the 27th. Still nothing. I have called four times. EVERY SINGLE TIME I am told that no manager is around but that someone will call me.

SO, no manager works there on the weekend which is shocking. They must be the only business in the city where there is no manager supervising things on the weekend. Ever. And no manager is there after 5. And no manager has called me back. Or emailed me. I called again today and am waiting to hear back from someone yet again but was told by an employee that they ""can't control"" if a manager calls me back or gets in touch with me at all.

This place is a joke. It is a total rip off and I am reporting them to the BBB. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE for ANYTHING!!!! You will seriously regret it.
