If you want an unsupervised 19 year old doing your EXPENSIVE plumbing work, this is the place for you.
If you want parts YOU OWN to be taken away without permission, because St Joseph owner Jesse states it is the homeowners obligation to ASK to keep *their own belongings*, then choose this business.
Note: taking things that don't belong to you, without permission, is called STEALING.
If you want an arrogant business owner, who doesn't show up to a job, to speak to you condescendingly by phone, this is your place.
As for me, I will discontinue using this business which charges top level prices for unsupervised apprentice level work.

I was very pleased with the communication and the work from St. Joseph Plumbing. Rus Westfall arrived on time, after texting me that he was on his way, and he fixed an issue with waterflow in my bathroom sink and an outdoor faucet that was protruding too far from the house and leaking. He was personable, competent, efficient and trustworthy. I believed
I had another issue with the water main coming into the house, but Rus reported that all was well. And their prices are very reasonable. I would be happy to hire them again.

This is the most honest plumbing company that I've ever done business with. Forget about "" Affordable plumbing and heat"" Saint Joseph beats their prices hands down while conducting superior work. I've had the owner come out and conduct a repair and his employee Russ come out and do two repairs. I particularly liked Russ as he whistles songs and truly displays a love for his craft. I would recommend Saint Joseph plumbing to anyone with a leak or wanting to remodel etc. it's important that we locals support companies such as this

I had a cosmetic weep from my supply line on my water heater and Jesse the owner came over making my complaint priority # 1 and placed a heavier duty washer in for free of charge. Saint Joseph's plumbing stands by their work and for that I'm grateful. They are like family too me even though I don't know them like that. Jessie explained to me in full detail what and why he did what he did and left. He's a good man and an even better plumber

Arrived on time in this weather. Was efficient, thorough and very professional.
If everything goes well and I have no further issues with my leaky toilet. Then I will continue to use this company as I was very impressed with the work done.

Russ was awesome!! He came in and was very knowledgable and explained to us what the issue was step by step! Even with the snow he stayed hours until it was fixed! Highly recommended!!
