Service was rushed kept talking about how busy they were and how short-handed they are did not fix my problem quick to just put it off as the city's problem and if not the cities then I need to pay $2,500 to bust up concrete and fix a broken sewer line but never providing any evidence that it is actually a broken sewer line and not unclogging for drain. IMO

Called me back promptly when I contacted them wednesday night. Were professional and explained they were too busy and couldn't get to my home until Friday, 2pm friday I called to check when they would be by and they had no idea who I was.

My electric tankless water heater stopped working so I contacted David at Saia Plumbing based upon their customer reviews. David brilliantly recommended that I have an electrician look at my unit before proceeding. My electrician wasn't available so he recommended his electrician.

Brian, from B & R Electric, came out and he too was great. It turns out that when I checked the main breaker panel I only tripped one of two breakers so it never came back online. In my defense, only one breaker was labeled as ""water heater,"" so I didn't know there were two. Brian started the heater up again and it worked just fine.

If David didn't make the recommendation to have an electrician come out, I'd be well on my way to replacing a working unit. David was so kind and helpful! I now have a new plumber because he was so good.

Falsify report on plumbing job..clogged lines with sand and debris to justify report. Asked for my money back and was told to go jump off the bridge.
