I had a small job but certainly beyond my plumbing skill. I called Sahuarita Plumbing after reading the reviews. The job was scheduled and Sonny and Jose showed up at the scheduled time and completed the job quickly, efficiently left the area neat and clean. I also thought that the price was very fair and I certainly have no issue in recommending this business. I know that I now have my go to plumber in the Green Valley area,

Sonny and assistant arrived on time, evaluated my issues and
determined where clog was located and dislodged clog out in sewage line. Sonny also educated me on where all of my sewer access and flapper valve were located. Sonny also gave me a quote for a new hot water heater. Both were courteous and resolved my issues quickly and at a reasonable price.

I would love to give these guys a review, I ask for a price on doing a job, he said he would call back with pricing in the afternoon. Never called back. Hate when they say they will call you, but they don't...... I have better things to do with my time than wait for a call.

I have used Sahuarita Plumbing twice now. This is our first year in this home. The first visit involved two toilet water values. The second visit involved a leaking shower head. Their pricing and service on the first job were both great. On the second job, the shower head leaked for a day when I called them. They got here the next day, but the leak had stopped. Sahuarita Plumbing took a look at the shower head, made a suggestion about what to do if it should happen again and left. These guys are very fair, efficient and friendly.

What can I say.. this company really helped our family out. The owner sunny came out and did the job himself late into the after noon and did a wonderful job. My family and I are so grateful for his fast response. He was super affordable and a true pro. Thank you sunny for taking care of us. Will definitely use them for our future needs in plumbing.

Be forewarned: Sahuarita Plumbing WILL NOT perform an emergency service on SUNDAYS! Their website completely misrepresents by falsely leading someone to think they will with the word 'emergency' included...

At least 'Sonny' called back, just to state he wouldn't come out and for that, I can appreciate the call but in reality, his company failed to hold true to his business model from an informative POV. There is a Mr. John Corbitt who is a regular at Rancho Sahuarita and, finally came to the rescue for a 'emergency' service call.

**Update as of 14 July 2018. Mr. Sonny didn't seem to like his review and though, as you can read, was middle of the road and without being rude. Mr. Sonny sent a private message that crosses the boundaries of business etiquette and good form in business communication. From the private text he sent, he shreds any credibility of concern for his businesses image. As a business owner, you never, NEVER attack a private, paying customer, EVER. 'Sahuarita Plumbing' is a unprofessional and unprincipled business that acts out in a slapdash manner. Not to be dealt with again...
