We discovered a leak behind our fridge while painting the kitchen. Sage plumbing was contracted through our home warranty company and was able to come out even sooner than what the home warranty company stated (yay!). The plumber that came out was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and prepared with the right parts. He did a quick repair and it looks great, no more leaks! Would highly recommend!

We had an issue with hot water, so we called our home warranty company who sent us to Sage Plumbing. I was called almost immediately from a lovely lady at Sage. Her name was Nikki. She arranged for an appointment within two days that was convenient for us. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Nikki also called to confirm the appointment. Mike came out to evaluate our issue. He was pleasant, knowledgable and thorough. He explained our options. We decided to try a conservative approach and try something he suggested. It didn't work, so I called Nikki back and she was so helpful. She called who she needed to at the home warranty and called back saying that we were getting a new hot water heater. I had contacted Nikki several different times with questions we had.Within days, Nikki had obtained our hot water heater and arranged for installation. From start to finish this took only A WEEK !! Mike was here yesterday to install our new hot water heater and remove the old one including all of the parts. By himself he completed this task within an extremely short period of time. He was quick, thorough and extremely neat, picking up, wiping up after himself. Everything was so perfect when he left, you would never have known any work was done. We now have plenty of hot water for our showers. All this thanks to Nikki and Mike. If ever I need any plumbing work, I will definitely call Nikki at Sage Plumbing and be sure to ask for Mike.

My home warranty assigned Sage to fix a shower hot water issue. Gary came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. A few days later he was back with the replacement part - everything works great now. Gary is knowledgeable, polite and an all round nice guy. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Who does that anymore? Sage does!

I had a garbage disposal quit working so I called my home warranty company and they referred me to Sage. I got a call from Sage within an hour of submitting my claim. They were very professional and gave me an appointment day and time that worked for me. Mike was assigned to my claim. He called before arriving and was here shortly thereafter. Mike was acceptionaly courteous and friendly and had my disposal fixed quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Our hot water valve in behind our washer always leaked when we turned it on. We got quoted on at a high value when we first got it checked out. Once our home warranty company got us into contact with sage plumbing, everything was easier. Gary was very kind and respectful of the property. From NYC originally but have been living in the East Valley full time for almost 17years. Tried many Plumbing companies in those years but Sage is hands downs down the best. Not a large company where you are told they will get back to you but service was quick and the job was well done. Mike M. came to the house to replace a leaking garbage disposal and pointed out the choices we had in a replacement. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. He was personable, friendly and explained what we needed to do to keep it working efficiently. He took time to answer questions and really seemed to enjoy and take pride in what he was doing. I would contact this company again without hesitation for my plumbing needs and hope Mike would be the technician they sent. You can't go wrong with this company.!!
