They have called me four times asking me to remove this review. I only got my money back because my credit card company sided with me after they refused a refund and when I said I would do a chargeback, they insisted I would lose. Stop calling and stop scamming people.

Sage Plumbing was sent out to us via home warranty and I am very grateful for them! Theo was an awesome plumber; he's very knowledgeable and very friendly and respectful. He found the problem and worked to fix it in a timely manner, making sure to be thorough and going above and beyond to get the job done. I was very worried about the leak we had and the damage it could have caused, but Theo was patient with my concerns and made sure to put my mind at ease. I'm very happy that our home warranty chose Sage Plumbing for us and I will be choosing them in the future for all of my plumbing needs!

These guys are complete LIARS. Do NOT trust them at all. They were contracted through my home warranty company. The plumber showed up, reeking of cigarettes, hat backwards acting like he'd been on an all night bender. He was rude and completely disrespectful. He fixed 1 thing that was turned in and left claiming he had to get authorization for the remaining plumbing issues (which had already been authorized by my warranty company) Then when I called my warranty company to check back in he had turned in that he fixed 2 of the issues, (which was a lie), he only repaired one. Long story short I told them I didn't want this disrespectful dirty man at my home again and next thing I know they diagnosed one of the remaining issues in as something the warranty company doesn't cover.... Hmmmmmm completely shady. He must be 1 of the 3 brothers owning this company or something. Don't trust them, do business anywhere else and if your home warranty company sends them as the service provider request someone else. These people are liars and steal... 100% WATCH out!!!!

Assigned by Choice HW to come fix a toilet problem. Person came out and got it fixed. Sage Plumbing sent a pleasant staff member. Overall I would consider using them for plumbing needs in the future.

Three of our bathroom sinks were leaking. Our home warranty reached out to Sage plumbing and they came out right away. From the very beginning they were very professional and super friendly! We were very happy with the service and work that Jonny provided. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber!

We just bought a home and was gifted a home warranty. We were having issues with inadequate hot water. Theo came to our home and checked out the water heater. He found it to be working properly. While checking out the temperature of the shower water flow, Theo noticed one of the bathroom faucet handles to be 'broken'. He quickly re-installed the 'hot' handle and checked it to be working properly. I explained that our 'home warranty' instructed us to only do 'one thing at a time'. He said, I am here. I can fix it. Also, I have never had or used a water softener. While here, he explained the mechanics of a water softener and the level of salt to put in the container. Then while looking at another shower in the house, he noticed the controls were 'backward'. ""Hot"" was getting cold water, and ""Cold"" was getting hot water. After explaining the ramifications to 'fix' that situation, would mean he would have to go into the wall of the shower. I told him that since I now knew that the handle pointing to the right was ""Hot"", then I will just change how I adjust the control knob. In closing...we called up our Home Warranty provider. They sent out Sage Plumbing/Theo. Theo found that the water heater was working as it should. Fixed a 'broken' bathroom faucet handle. Found a backwards installed shower control. And explained the proper way a water softener should have the salt tablets loaded in. I am VERY pleased with Sage Plumbing...AND Theo.

Our pipe burst in the wall of our closet. Wed night. We had to shut the water off to our house. We have a home owners warranty and they hired Sage Plumbing. Sage was to be here Friday between 3-8pm. They called us early Thursday morning and were here by noon! Within the hour our pipe was repaired and water back on! These 2 young men Brixton and Caleb very knowledgeable.
They are so professional and courteous. They felt like family! I would never use anyone else and Highly Recommend this company!

Came home from vacation to several problems, one being a toilet leaking. Entered a service call via my home warranty and Sage was assigned. Home warranty gave me a date of 7/26 for service. Sage called me and gave me a first thing 7/24 date.

The tech was on time, located the leak, installed new seals and we were done.

I wasn't home but my husband said the plumber was friendly, professional and competent.

I will add a judo for front office. The lady on the phone was friendly, polite and helpful.

I do recommend Sage Plumbing.
