Sage Plumbers comes through again. There's never a good time to be without hot water, let alone during a shelter-in-place order for Covid-19 but Sage plumbers was extremely responsive and able to visit same day to diagnose what my Youtube searches could not - I needed to replace my tank less water heater. Brendan's explanation of the calcium buildup choking off the tubes in the tank heater made perfect sense as to why we'd been experiencing intermittent hot water problems for a long period of time. Replacing a tank less heater can be costly and a big job but based on my previous experience with Sage Plumbers it was assuring to know the job would be well done and fairly priced and I would not have to worry about being gouged as I had been in the past. It was a full day's job and the replacement tank less system was more efficient, compact and not an eye-sore like the last unit. The system worked great after it was all hooked up but as is often the case, some sediment that had come off the pipes during installation settled overnight prompting a follow up visit from Brendan the next day to re-inspect faucets and shower heads and clean them out so the water pressure was as it should be. Finally, Brendan gave me a great tip to use Vinegar to clean the water spots and calcium buildup off the pour spout style bathroom faucets which has worked amazingly well and quickly considering how much build up there was. We had a root clogging one of our toilets and called about 4 companies. Some had ridiculous quotes and some were reasonable. We ended up going with Sage plumbers and boy it was one of the best experiences with plumbers I ever had.

Nathan came out, looked at the problem, immediately told me what he suggested I do and answered all of my questions in a nice and professional manner. I don't remember all of the details as this was a couple months ago but he was the most professional out of everyone I called.

Most plumbers are in a hurry to get the job over with, but Nathan treated every step of the job with care. He even cleaned the space sealed between the toilet and the floor because he said I would never be able to access that area. He didn't have to, but I was very impressed that he cared so much about his customers.

From the time I spoke to the nice person who schedules the appointments, to the excellent service I received by the plumbing professionals - I had a wonderful experience with Sage Plumbers and would recommend this company to anyone in need of great plumbing work. The work was impeccable and the low price actually came as a surprise to me given the quality and time spent at my house.

Also, I just had a home inspection done. Again, excellent work and an honest assessment of work I need to have done - which isn't a lot.

I just had Brendan of Sage Plumbers over here to check the water pressure and 2 small other things. When I got ready to pay him, I was amazed to hear him say that there would be no charge!! Who else have you ever heard of who didn't even charge a service charge?!! He said the job was so small that he didn't feel it necessary to even charge his minimum fee for coming out. Please read this! Sage plumbers were amazing from start to finish. They showed up to my home on time and gave me a quote on the work. Not only was the quote fair based on the work but, it's just what I ""needed"". When they came to do tHe work they were so professional and respectful and explained every detail of the work. This type of professionalism pretty much doesn't exist today. I was so impressed by their work and their professionalism Im going to use their services at our corporate office and our service centers. As good as it gets! I received a thorough inspection from Brendan on my toilets, sinks, showers, water heater, and water pressure. He identified a couple of ticking time bombs that would eventually have led to a flood if not caught soon enough. Fixed and replaced the hoses on the spot. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and on time.

Highly recommended! A small inspection today can save you plenty in the future.

Very professional service. Came in at a short notice and fixed my toilet bowl. I was told no pressure quotee. If you don't want to fix it's ok. He had the replacement parts for the bowl in the car, finished the job within hour
