We have used Sage Drain Service for 30+ years and have always recommended them to our family and friends. Once again they proved themselves to be a cut about everyone else. Early Thanksgiving morning we had major plumbing issues. Sage was at our house within an hour of our calling them with our emergency. The main clean out was clogged 75' from the clean out which is located on our roof. We were sure that an emergency call on a holiday would be very expensive. We were extremely pleased that the total charge was $150. Sage offers great service and they do not gouge their customers when emergencies arise.

We had another plumber try to unblock the main line to our septic system. He recommended high pressure water blasting to clean the system. IT was expensive and never worked right and draining very slow when he was done.
We cut our loses and called Justin from Sage Drain Service. I called them around noon and Justin called me back right away and set the appointment window from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. He arrived on time. This guy is a hard worker. He tried a couple of approaches until he fixed the problem. He worked the problem until it was operating correctly. He finished at 9:30 pm and came back the next day and installed an extension on our clean out for easy access in the future.
Justin charged a very fair price.
I have some other properties and we will be using Sage Drain Service in the future.

Over the years we have used Sage Drain Service to clear the main lines at least once each year.
We've always been satisfied with their prompt, professional work. This time I called around 9:00am, 1- 1/2 days later still no call back. we found someone else. I'm thinking that dad retired and son took over, sad because they were 1st choice to call now our last. :(

We have David come and clean out our drains a couple times a year at my home and my mom's home. My family has long hair and both the bath drain and sink get clogged.

Every time he comes over, he is friendly, helpful, polite and he cleans up after himself.

His fees are very reasonable, and because he specializes in drains, I recommended him to my general contractor who asked for a referral. Bernard (the contractor) had a last minute job on his site and needed a good drain guy, which he doesn't do. I followed up with Bernard and he told me that David responded quickly and the cost for his time was low.
