Peter and Javier are stars! We had an emergency at our business, and they were kind and helpful when I called. Top notch communication, including a phone call while in transit to give me their ETA. They arrived exactly when promised, took me through our building's basement underworld to show exactly where the problem was, and took care of the clog while also explaining the benefit for a more thorough servicing at a later date, but with zero pressure to do so. You can bet that when the time comes for that service, we'll be calling Safeway. Thanks guys.

I requested a quote at 2am for a clogged bathtub. I received a quote and time slot at 6am. Luckily, I got my troubles sorted out a little earlier than my scheduled time (which I appreciated). It took 15 minutes and believe me when I say it was the cleanest experience with a clogged drain. The gentleman came in and used the snake and left the bath tub nearly immaculate. I would recommend this company and use them again (hopefully not anytime soon).

Peter and Javier were wonderful to work with. They installed three new toilets for me and a kitchen faucet, all for a very reasonable price. This job was not easy and they encountered several problems along the way, but they came up with creative solutions and got everything done. I have never written a review on Yelp before, but for Peter and Javier I feel that I must. Trust me... you will not be disappointed as really they are the best!
