Javier is an honest guy that gets the job done. I needed to get a drain installed for a new sink, he came out and took a look at the job then came back the next day to get it done. His prices were reasonable, unlike many of the plumbers I spoke to. He is very communicative and respectful. Definitely will recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I recently had a terrible service with this company. I had a clog in the toilet that water would back up in the shower and sink. I spoke to Javier and told me that my main sewer line needs to be checked and cleaned. He sent 2 guys from NYC Sewer & Drain Pro Solutions after calling twice and they were supposed to be there at 2:00 pm. They came late around 2:40 pm. I didn't have a problem with them. It was the poor direction from Javier that made it very expensive for me and I still have the same problem. The plan was to check and clean the sewer line which is $425. They were not able to clean the entire sewer line. The line was somehow blocked, when that didn't work he propose to open the shower drain and clean the shower drain which is $250. For some reason they couldn't snake it to the full length of the drainage from the shower. I asked Javier why don't stick a camera there to see why the line is blocked. Javier told me that its cheaper to remove the toilet and snake and clean it from there which is $525. Well, guess what, same problem. It was blocked. So cleaning the line from the toilet is more expensive than snaking the camera early in the first place which would have save me some money. It cost an additional $425 for the camera inspection. The total came up to be $1,388,15. The conclusion is to excavate because of a bad pipe or connector which is just a speculation. I asked Javier twice for the documented proposal to fix the problem but I still didn't receive it. I don't have any confidence in them and I don't recommend them. I feel Javier ripped me off by not figuring out the problem early and guided me using these unsuccessful multiple paths to resolve this issue at my own expense. They may be fine for simple problems but if you have a problem they can't solve then you will be paying for it for sure.

Put a project up here and Safeway was one of the first to respond. We made an appt for a time convenient to both, and it turns out they were not far today so asked if they could text after that job if there was still time to swing by and it worked out. They were able to fix one of the two issues immediately, and showed me what I need to buy for the other one. With that part I'll be able to easily wrap up second issue myself.
