Emerald H.I placed a call to Safeway at 2pm because my bathroom drain was very slow. They told me they would be there by 6 pm. Well Javier showed up at 4:45 pm. He was beyond punctual and that was a plus for me. He was very respectful and had on a mask. He was able to clear the drain for us. He did tell us that our pipes probably need to be replaced due to corrosion. The price he quoted over the phone didn't change. The service was excellent. I highly recommend Safeway.
