Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
After 2 months and a$700 deposit they finally showed. Two nice young men with small black metal boxes. Lou was to replace 2 radiators with a very similar item. The 2 black boxes had the openings on the inside. The 2 men said they were going to have pipes and elbows from valve to it. I refused as pipes from valve to radiator is what I have and want. Lou never contacted me regarding this. The men said this is all he had. I texted him stating I am now very uncomfortable with the way he handled this and am requesting a refund of my deposit. How are you going to answer this Lou?
So sent him registered letter requesting what his plans are no answer. Do not give this company any money they do want your money back or any work done!not respond just take your money and you will never hear from them again..
Went to pa consumer protection. They responded with a letter would cut a check to refund me. Two months later no check. Run from this company do not call if you want work done or money back.

We called for a replacement unit , the men came they gave us the wrong size unit to cut costs and make more profit. Charged for a 3TN and gave us a 2TN. Unit ran for a couple of days and then Nothing. Had to Call a real HVAC company due to there refusal to stand by their work and come fix the problem. The system had no Refrigerant in it and was completely flat. we tried numerous time to reach out to the company but no one answered. I highly recommend not using this company.

Had a mini split system installed in summer of 2022. Great service initially, quick set up and friendly. Forced to make a decision the day of the consultation or the price would have gone up - that should have been our first red flag. Winter of 2023 the condenser outside started tipping over when the ground moved. We called to see if someone could come out and fix it since they installed it and we were not told that it might move. Met with terrible customer service. The owner had answered her phone while in the hospital dealing with personal issues, then got very irritated/snarky and told us she ""is not a ground soil expert, they installed it the way we wanted, and we have to pay for any repairs."" We like to support local and small businesses and would have been understanding if they dealt with it professionally. Wanted to warn others. Told a month ago that someone would contact us ASAP to come and look... still waiting.

Stay away, will offer you to fix your entire house and then will give you sad song that it comes out more than he thought, you need to pay more, and the work that they do is unacceptable, STAY AWAY

Jessica, the equipment in question, we were told that it is ""new old stock"" that was used on our heating system to find out Not True. If the job was beyond your capibilites and could not complete the job a phone call would have be nice. Not weeks later via text. No explantation just a text saying we will not be able to complete the job so we are refunding your money for the maintenance agreement, which I do give you credit for. Thank goodness the temperature was not that terrible and our electric heater did the job. I stand by my first review. Oh and by the way, we did find someone who did fix the
the problem....A switch. A little switch was the problem and the job took a whopping 10min. So yes, I stand by my review.

To start off you quoted a time of 5 pm and didnt show up until almost 9. I understand running behind thats not my main issue. I just wanted my boiler cleaned for the year, you come look at it and not even 5 minutes of you being there youre trying to talk me into a 6k brand new one saying mine isnt safe and needs to be replaced because its leaking? I call another company and the guy lives in my town comes over first thing in the morning for a second opinion and he tells me while it does need to be cleaned there was no leak and no issue with my boiler at all and tells me 6k was a jumped up price after I tell him what you told me. Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Dont mess with peoples money for your own profit.
