Can't say enough good things about Tommy and his crew. Had a new boiler and water heater installed. Tommy & crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional, personable and friendly. You can see that Tommy actually cares about his work and takes pride in what he does. When you're laying out this type of money, you are always hesitant on who is doing the work and if its right. After contacting several plumbers I received the best response and quote from Thomas at Safehaven. He was very professional and booking an appointment was easy. The day of the appointment, I received a text to let me know they were on the way. They arrived promptly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Polite and friendly, they take pride in their work. After removing an older toilet, there were some possible issues with the seating in the floor. Thomas explained to me best-case and worse-case scenarios before he proceeded. At the same time, other contractors were working in my kitchen and asked them if they had a small part for my sink. Thankfully they did and they were happy to help. At the end, Thomas took his time to explain the charges on the bill with a clear breakdown. He also offered some helpful information for my kitchen remodel. After they left, I noticed they left the area clean and even neatly placed the bathroom throw rug. The little things! Good vibes, good people, good job, good price. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about Thomas Drago and Safehaven Home Services. Responsible, reliable and responsive. We were so worried about having to have someone come to our home during Stay At Home order to fix our kitchen drain. Thomas responded immediately, came over right away and explained everything that was going on. He was all gloved up and wearing a mask. He fixed it within minutes. Pricing was very reasonable and there were no surprises. Best of all, he's a professional and friendly. Will definitely use him again.

I'm a pretty handy guy and try to do as much as I can before I call a professional. When my kitchen sink clogged, I tried everything I could to get it flowing. I called Safehaven and Tom had it fixed in 10 min. His price was reasonable and he was very professional. On top of all that Tom is a really nice guy who cares about his customers. I am a new homeowner, and I was lucky enough to find Tom from SafeHaven. Actually, I have been blessed in many ways throughout this whole process from buying my house up until now. There is nothing worse than working with people and giving your time & money to people that you do not trust, but these past few months I have met many people throughout this whole process whom I would happily call my friend starting with my real estate agent to Tom from SafeHaven.
You will find that stress in your life just starts to decrease when you find and surround yourself with good people. Tom came in and replaced my heating and cooling system with brand new units. I decided to go with an efficient wall mounted condensing boiler (converted from oil to gas) and a new AC system (with new ducts run to the basement) as well as a whole house water filtration system.
Everything works perfectly and the setup is beautiful. All his work is so clean and crisp - very professional! You can tell he cares about his work by his attention to detail, and he personally cares about you and your home. His prices are very reasonable as well! He beat out all the other quotes, and he definitely saved me money in the long run with his advice and lessons from his life experience.
I couldn't have asked for anything more or had a better experience with Tom and his team. They are the best from all the people I talked to and have experienced! I would 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!

After having a negative experience with plumbing in the past, I was nervous when I found my hot water heater drip drip dripping away. I did the usual review search and came across great reviews for Safehaven Home Services and gave them a call. So glad I did! I called on a holiday and they answered immediately and scheduled me asap. The owner Tom and his helper Cody were awesome from start to finish, even sending a text when they were en route. They called around and got me a great price on a new hot water heater (mine was way past it's prime) and were able to do it in record time, taking into account my work schedule. They cleaned up, hauled out my old tank, and even helped me to look up my heat pump's age (for curiosities sake). I do not hesitate in recommending them to new, nervous homeowners like myself. You will be glad you did and I'm glad to have a new plumber!

This is the second time Tom from Safehaven has been to my house, and I can't say enough good things about him. The first visit was for a routine boiler service. I called and left a message, got a phone call back right away. I was able to make an appt easily, and Tom and his apprentice showed up right on time. Believe it or not, it's actually difficult to find someone willing to come over for a simple service. Great service, great price, really nice guys. Planned on using them again. But the second visit is the one which made me write this review.
I woke up this morning with no heat and a pool of water surrounding my boiler and hot water heater. I called Tom. He was booked for the day, but told me he would fit me in because he didn't want me to be here with the kids with no heat in the cold weather. He came, diagnosed the problem (and explained it thoroughly to me), fixed it, and got my heat and hot water back on. He was late for a family event to help us out. Not only that, he noticed that my son had spilled a bunch of water on the floor while playing, grabbed a mop and helped me clean it up!
It's not common these days to come upon a person like this; honest, reliable, skilled, kind, and not out to break your bank. If I could give 10 stars I would. Call him.

I used the option on Yelp to send estimate requests to several local plumbers for a toilet that was taking too long to fill and for a leaky faucet sink . Safehaven was one of the first companies to respond and offered the most reasonable price. Some companies sent me a shady "" we will provide an estimate in person"" message which I ignored . Thomas ( owner) came the following day with an assistant (Cody) and arrived on time . The company sends a message alerting you when they are en route which I really appreciated. Upon arrival they quickly identified the problems . I also surprised Thomas with two other plumbing issues and he got right to work . I'm very happy with the work and the prices . He charges flat rates and offers various discounts. He is a friendly person and will explain everything to you as he works. ( and in my case repeat it all over again for hubby over the phone) They also clean up any mess they make before they leave which is just amazing. Unfortunately, like taxes, plumbing issues are inevitable so it's best to be prepared with a good company when something does go wrong . Safehaven is definitely the company to call!
