Last minute toilet replacement and they were here within 3 hours for a reasonable service fee. He was professional, good natured, did it quickly, and took the old bowl away. I highly recommend them!!!

Chris was prompt in his response to my call. He came to my house at our agreed time and fully prepared. Chris diagnosed the problem with my leaking drain pipe within a kitchen wall and was able to successfully repair the pipe. He saved me from a $$$$ repair. Our basement toilet in Loganville, GA became loose and started rocking so Chris came out on a Monday morning. He was able to stabilize the flange with bolts and added some clear caulking around the edge. So far it is level and secure to the tile floor. He was here promptly and finished at the time he said he would. He was good about explaining the problem and solution and the price was reasonable.

This is the fourth time I have used Chris Bishop's Safeguard Plumbing. We all hear and read reviews of horror stories about poor work and exorbitant pricing, Safeguard is a real fine. Chris is always on time and if traffic is holding him up you get a phone call with an explanation. The work is done in the highest quality. In this day of time of rush and overbill, feel comfortable that you are going to get a great job at a fair price. Safeguard has done the following work for me. They tracked down an over water usage that no other plumber was able to fine and that one job of isolating an errant humidifier saved me over $100 a month. They have also installed a garbage disposal and found a strange leak on a Sherle Wagner faucet set that had everyone confounded. If it sounds like I like this young man whose family has a background in plumbing, you are right.
