We used Safe Investment for both our home inspection on the new house as well as for sewer repair when we learned of issues on the house we were selling. The communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we knew about schedule changes. When the work was being done, they clearly communicated what was needed, then, after they finished the work and re-scoped the sewer, found additional repairs needed and provided--at no charge--a new-technology repair. I enjoyed learning as they worked through measurements and explained the process. The finished results were superb! They even put a nice finishing touch on the yard after back-filling the trench.
