I've been going to Robert for sprinkler system turn-up and winterization ever since he resurrected our backflow preventer and repaired a number of pipes in the system. Once again, he came through for the latest winterization, as I had waited too long to schedule an appointment with him, and sure enough, a cold snap arrived before Robert could come out. Robert and I both feared the potential for freeze damage, and even though he was booked at the time, Robert both emailed and called me with steps I could take myself to lessen the chance of pipes freezing. The cold snap was severe, and Robert's advice likely saved me a great deal of repair money. Robert then came out on the day we had arranged and completed the winterization without a hitch. I had a great conversation with him as an added bonus. Great guy, great service, great integrity, consistently.

Robert was awesome to work with from beginning to end! Prompt response to my yelp message requesting service and he was able to schedule our sprinkler blowout before the first hard freeze tonight. Denver Water sent the notice to the wrong address and it wasn't until I received a call threatening the water would be shut off that I knew I needed this done. Robert guided me through what documentation I needed from Denver Water to complete the test and logistics for submitting results. I felt tremendous relief after talking to Robert.

He is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and honest. Our four zone water sprinkler system needed updates and repairs and Robert was able to figure out the issues and fixed everything in no time. Our grass was almost dead and thanks to Robert, we have beautiful, green grass again. Highly recommend and he'll be taking care of our system each season that is needed from now on.
