I reached out to Robert about fixing an ancient sprinkler system in the front yard as well as adding a new install in the backyard. Unfortunately, he doesn't do new installs but I really wished he did. He was incredibly professional, honest and kind. Superb customer service like that is a rarity these days. If I ever have any issues in the future or know someone that needs help, I wouldn't hesitate to send them to Robert.

We worked with Robert to ensure that our sprinkler and watering systems were winterized for our first winter in a new house. He walked us through our zones, our shut-offs, and other information that wasn't shared when we moved in. What I appreciated even more was that he took the time to talk us through how to get things turned back on without his help when things warm up next spring. Who does that?

While it hasn't reached the coldest part of the season yet, I'm sure that our system will stand the test of this winter's weather and beyond. Robert is a true professional. Arrived on time and provided the best education on maintaining my system and preventing future damage. He fixed my a cracked valve and did winterization on my system. While he was doing all of his work he explained everything he was going to do step by step. He took his time and did quality work. He even brought in my old wrapping system that I used to wrap my pipes without even asking. I could not ask for better service. Fantastic service, Aurora was going to cut off our service and Robert really took care of me, poor guy had to jump threw a few extra hoops to get the disconnection canceled but he was a really good sport about it.

Robert from Safe, Clean and Green just winterized our sprinkler system at very short notice, and I can't speak highly enough of his service. He was extremely thorough, explained everything as he went along, and was very courteous (as a small example, he put plastic covers on his shoes when going into our house to access the shut-off valve, which was completely unnecessary but nevertheless very thoughtful). Aside from the exemplary service, he was very genuine and a pleasure to talk with while he went about his business. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone in need of his services!
