I had a sink which was completely clogged and a leaking shower due to a bad faucet. The company texted me to let me know when my plumber would arrive. The plumber, Dave Bash came out and fixed both problems quickly and professionally. Very pleased with his service.

Garbage disposal broken and we have a contract with American Home Shield.
Giving 4 stars because of a no show appointment the first time (Friday) and no phone call. When I called, the dispatcher said his car broke down which is fine but it would have been nice to have been called. This was the company assigned to us through American Home Shield. After phone calls with AHS, AHS managed to schedule an appointment for the following day (Saturday) but we were unavailable. So next appointment was scheduled for Monday and SCP showed up in the expected time frame, confirmed the broken garbage disposal and said they had to order and come back. Came back a couple of days later and installed without issues (so far I hope).

I would like to thank and recommend Safe Cali Plumbing as they were prompt, professional and reliable. I would especially like to call out technician Carlos as he made himself available all the time and diagnosed the problem perfectly and ordered the parts without waiting for approvals, etc. Best of all he has a friendly and courteous attitude. Thanks to Carlos, I was able to get hot water back quickly .. Please give this company a chance and I am happy to be a reference .. Would definitely use them again.

Do not use this company. Can not be trusted. They lie on their reports to insurance companies to avoid costly repairs. Won't return phone calls because they know they lied. Incompetent. Claim my tankless water heater needs to be relocated from a laundry closet, among other claims. They are in cahoots with the insurance companies. I see other consumers have had the same problem. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY...PERIOD. A big scam.

I am only giving 2 stars because the plumber that was sent out was fantastic (David B), But I've been asking for the our plumbing report for weeks now and haven't gotten it. It's really frustrating because we need it for our insurance report and everything is stalled as a result. Would not work with this company again.

David Bash was our plumber assigned to inspect the leaking that was occurring under our kitchen sink faucet. David was very knowledgeable, understanding, and acted with urgency as he knew we would be without a kitchen faucet utility until it would get replaced. He had to cut through wood in order to make the appropriate tightening and adjustments with the new faucet.

Safe Cali Plumbing is very responsive and acts as soon as they can to meet our faucet replacement needs.

I don't usually write reviews, but this service man David Bash was absolutely incredible. Once he found the plumbing problem, he let me know which items were covered by insurance and what items were not. Incredible customer service! He cleaned up the mess he made and waited until all my questions were answered. If he didn't know the answer to my questions, he called dispatch for the answer. This kind of plumbing service is not often heard of in our society today. Thank you David Bash! You were awesome and I appreciate you!
