To begin with, the office dispatcher was nice and easy to work with. On the day of the appointment the original plumber couldn't make it for some reason and when I asked to her to check if there is another tech who could come on the same day, she understood and checked without any hesitation. She then dispatched David Bash to my job, who is just a great man. Bash came on time and was extremely nice and very patient in explaining what the issues were and quickly fixed them. The thing I love most about Bash is you can just tell he genuinely wants to make sure you are taken care of. I didn't get any sense of hidden agenda or attempt to upsell anything. He came across as a all-around great guy.

Had a plumber come out to inspect a slab leak for a repair which is covered under American Home Shield. When we informed the plumber we wanted to cash out the claim and had it repaired by another company, the plumber falsely reported we intended to re-route instead of repair which caused our claim to be denied. Unethical and fraudulent company. If American Home Shield assigns them to your claim, ask for another company.

I have a contract with AHS which contracts with this company. I have used them twice and both times they were very professional. Most recently they responded to my serve call to set up an appointment almost immediately and were able to send someone out on the July 4th holiday. The plumber they sent Bash was punctual and polite. I felt confident that he knew how to resolve the issue I was having with my garbage disposal and was more than willing to answer all my questions .

Quick response to an emergency service call to repair a plumbing leak in the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom. Bash arrived early and was courteous upon arrival. We showed him the leak and the probable source originating from the upstairs laundry utility room. Bash formulated a game plan. He laid down a protective tarp to capture the debris; he removed the affected area of the ceiling and identified the suspect area in a drain pipe. He injected water into drain pipe from the washing machine and afterwards identified a elbow that had deteriorated over time. He replaced the crack elbow and all other ancillary attachments. He tested again and the leak was fixed! Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area. We highly recommend Bash!

Our hot water heater went out and safe Cali Plumbing squeezed us in immediately to replace it. Mary from their office was extremely helpful and so wonderful to deal with. David Bash came to fix my shower for a rental unit. He was very professional and friendly. It was an old faucet, he temporarily fixed it for my guests, then left for an hour to go find the right part. He promptly came back and fix the whole faucet so I didn't have to wait to get it fixed properly at another date. I really appreciate his efforts to get the shower fixed. Also because of him finding the part, he didn't have to cut an hole in my wall which would've been a much more challenging project to deal with. I'll definitely be having David come back out for future plumbing issue.
