I had an issue with at my mother in laws home where in the kitchen lines there was a backup as well as a foul smell coming from the drain. I then gave safe and efficient a call explained the issue and was recommended by Shawn that the line should be Hydro jetted and Drain conditioned from the main line and kitchen/laundry lines to clear, clean and deodorize the drains which then resolved the drains of the issue. Shawn was very friendly over the phone as well as in person when performing the job at hand. I would highly call again for any new problems that arise at my mother in laws home.

Terrible and rude customer service, especially from the owner Shawn. Not reliable or trustworthy and way too overpriced. Everyone should stay far far away from this business.

Absolutely rude technicians. Did not have their job permits in order and did not have any ""no parking"" signs up for parking so they began to bully people who were already paid and parked at the meter. They threatened to tow vehicles and call police that were parked in unmarked parking metered areas. Absolute bullies.

Very pleased with their service- same day appointment, COVID precautions taken, and our slow/clogged drain was fixed within the hour. The staff was also very polite and friendly, both in person and when setting up the appointment. Will use again.

Shawn was extremely professional and efficient! He arrived on-time and with his mask on (COVID Protocal), ready to fix my plumbing issue. He had the parts readily available in the van and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. I will definitely be using his services again!

I was visiting my folks, who are elderly to address a number of plumbing issues in their house. One of the bathrooms with a bath and shower had a poor flow to the shower head once you pulled the valve from the bath faucet. The kitchen faucet also had poor flow of water. They gave me a quote, which I called to discuss it with them. I told him that I understood that the entire service was $189, which they consented on the phone as opposed to explaining that it was $189 times 2. Granted if you read the quote more carefully it did state that, but it was confusing to me, which is why I called to clarify. So the entire job per the quote was to fix the leak and shower flow issue for the bath/shower room, kitchen faucet flow issue, and minor leaks with the shower heads in the other two bathrooms. I was supposed to be there during the job, but they had some excuse to delay the visit until after I was gone. And boy, did they surprise me when I heard the news of their folly.

When it was all said and done, it cost my folks $566. The extra charge (above the $189 times 2) was additional issues they discovered plus a part. After paying that amount, the only thing that was resolved was the minor leaks with the two shower heads in the other two bathrooms, which was resolved simply by tightening the connection and one also had a washer applied.

When they did the estimate, they informed me that the kitchen faucet would be resolved by cleaning it, which was not the case. But we were still responsible for paying for their labor, even though they messed up on their analysis. After ""cleaning"" the kitchen faucet, they informed us that we had to buy a new kitchen faucet to resolve the issue and then pay an additional $189 to install.

As for the bathroom/shower faucet leak and shower flow issue. They informed us that their original resolution measure was not working and that they would have to break down the wall to get to the deeper plumbing, which would run the cost up to an additional charge of $810.

So their resolution proposal and quote on the two primary issues with the kitchen and bath/shower room were inaccurate and never resolved anything one bit. Nevertheless we were responsible for paying for their miscalculations. In addition, to fully resolve the problem, we had to pay them at least an additional $810 + $189. After hearing that, I was fed up, and advised my folks to not spend any more than the already unjust payment of $566 and to tell them to clean up their mess and take a hike.

Misleading and untrustworthy is how I would characterize their service. Oh by the way, I was interested in installing an under the kitchen sink reverse osmosis system. They quoted my $996 for labor alone for any system I provided. Sounds a bit steep don't you think. These guys are bad news. I learned my lesson the hard way. I hope you don't fall prey to their unscrupulous ways.

I had an emergency here at my apartment with the water from my sink and bath tub being backed up yesterday. I have Shawn a call and explained to him what's going on and to my rescue he was here to assist the next morning! He was very nice and professional and quickly fixed the issue no problem. Amazing and quick customer service! I highly recommend him if you are having plumbing issues

SAE charged almost $1500 to diagnose the problem with our boiler. At that initial appointment Shawn informed us of what needed to be fixed, months later and we still do not have a quote nor a date to actually fix the problem. After dozens of phone calls and emails no word from Shawn or anyone else at the company. We were trying to avoid having to start over with a different company, seeing that we already paid too much to SAE without any progress. We just wanted them to actually do their job. I do not recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a trustworthy, dependable and/or reliable business. They should receive zero stars for horrible customer service!
