Misheck is a nice guy, but he did a horrible job on our home. We ended up spending just as much redoing his work. Ran two cold lines to the shower. Bathroom floor pipes were too high for the tiling to be put in properly. The Inspector had trouble believing he was licensed. Maybe our job was too difficult. You definitely want a contractor keeping eye on his work.

Misheck is as good as they come. I did an extensive remodel on my home that involved adding two new bathrooms, laundry, and a complete remodel of the kitchen. Throughout the process, Misheck was punctual, easy to work with, and went above and beyond at every step of the way. The final result is great and I will definitely use him for my next job.

Did all the work on our daughter's and her husband's house they just purchased in Atwater Village. I don't even know where to start. There are so many great things I want to say about Misheck. He came highly recommended to myself and my husband from the brokers that were leasing out our house. Misheck is extremely polite, honest, friendly and knowledgable about his work (we learned so much from him). He was great to communicate with him and when we booked him he made himself available as he knew we were on a tight deadline. In one day he installed a dryer hook-up, change the washer pipe (that someone else before did not installed correctly) removed our old water heater and installed a brand new tankless heater outside the house. He did all of that with a smile on his face, dealing with gas line and pipes and the job was done so well I couldn't believe how much he got done in one day and everything was perfect and he even cleaned up, I would have never said someone was in the house doing all of that. Also, after the work was done we had some small issues with the water (nothing to do with him) but he made a point of coming back and even came on a Saturday night to work out the issue. He found out that the problem had to do with the gas line and didn't even charge us for coming back many times and work on something that wasn't his fault. He dealt with the gas company to get it resolved for us. My husband and I had a great time chatting with him, he is also very funny and so professional. I highly recommend Misheck for high class service with very fair prices. We have found our plumber forever.

I have been calling Misheck to fix plumbing problems for my rental units. He's reliable, prompt and courteous. He and his assistant wear shoe covering to protect the floor when they come in to the house. He calls back within an hour whenever I leave a message. Most importantly, he gets the job done.

Mischeck is a good honest guy. He's worked on my house since we've bought it. We've been having a drain issue ever since we bought the house. Mischeck cleared it up but told us we had a weird Y pipe in the front of the house that would keep it doing the same thing again later. He replaced it for us and we haven't really had any backups since.
The most recent time was we had a leak somewhere. We had a him come in and reroute one of our water lines to the fridge after the leak inspector found it. The best part is he stayed late Friday and on a holiday weekend to do this which was really nice of him to do.
Price is okay but he's really a professional and well worth it.

I have been on the search for a good honest plumber, and after 4 years I have found him. Mischek is by hands down the best! Shows up on time, does great work. Does not half-a$$ anything or mickey mouse things. He does the job right the first time. His apprentice Titus is awesome as well. I have used them for everything from new commercial water heater installation to fixing toilets.
More importantly they are amazing great people! It's always a pleasure when they show up. Prices are super fair and honest. I Can not say enough about Safari.
