Beyond impressed, and absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Max today. I just called this morning shortly after 8, left a message, and received a call back in less than five minutes. Max was able to swoop in by noon, and complete the rescue mission in under an hour. I couldn't be happier with the results. My house flooded yesterday with backed up shower water that was literally raining into my basement from many different areas. After all out crying and feeling absolute defeat, I asked my teenage children if we should just burn it down. Honestly. After having to replace my well pump two months ago and my water heater last week, I truly felt like this was my last straw.
Max is an absolute saint, and I will never recommend or call anyone else for septic issues, as long as we both shall live.
Excellent successful and same-day service, what more could a customer ask for? And don't tell him, but I probably would've happily paid five times more than what he asked for.

Had this company come over to clean our drains in the house. After a couple of days the gurgling in the drains stopped. Job accomplished. While here the younger gentleman was under our laundry sink and messed with the water line, unknown to us, which soon after messed with our washing machine. We didn't have a problem with the washer until this point. After servicing the machine we were told it was because of lack of water pressure cuz the cold water line was half off. We connected them about this issue they told us they would give us a discount on our next service. Sorry not happening. Not after paying for a repairman that was unnecessary.
