Was very happy with their customer service and quality of work. I initially submitted a quote request online and they called me back that same day, provided all the info I needed and answered all my questions -- very courteous! I actually got a lower quote from another company but decided to go with Saddleback Plumbing because of their excellent customer service.

Our technician, Brandon, was on time and very professional. He came out to install 3 new toilets, we had purchased the wrong size so he helped me figure out what would work so I could exchange them. Because of that I had to reschedule our installation, which they did for the very next morning. Awesome! Again, Brandon was on time and even took the time to check out our gas pipes while he was waiting for me to arrive.

The work was very well done, clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend Saddleback Plumbing for any of your Plumbing needs or emergencies.

Can I give them 10 stars? Wish I could! I've used this company for about 8-9 years now, and frankly, I will not shop around for another plumbing company ever. The quality of service and professionalism is exceptional, and their rates are very fair. I had the HVAC system in my townhome replaced (not cheap!), and Justin and his colleague (I believe new to Saddleback Plumbing) were on time, experts, and highly professional. They left every area in my home - inside and out - very clean. They explained things to me in a way I could understand. Although no one wants to ""need"" a plumbing company, when you do, I would recommend using Saddleback Plumbing. They have earned my loyalty.

Wow, what awesome service from Scott S.! Man, he went above and beyond the call of duty. I was amazed with his great attitude when dealing with my extermely difficult repairs. He even helped me carry out heavy stuff i decided to throw away, and fixed my bathroom faucet for free while using my restroom to wash his hands! I just really appreciate his pacience. My sink was not going to fit, but he broke out a saw and customized things to make it fit. Also, brandon did a solid job the week before for me, thanks guys!

We have used Saddleback several times over the years and its always been a pleasant experience. The last time around we had a new lower AC/Heating unit installed. After several weeks we noticed a problem with the heat. Saddleback came out right away and addressed the issue. The service technician the sent - Rusell - was outstanding. He managed to make the entire experience a positive one. Thank you Saddleback.

Scheduled them to come out and replace a bathroom faucet and valves on a pedestal sink. I provided the faucet, all they needed to provide was the valves and hoses (about $50 at HD/Lowes). They quoted $695. I declined and sent him away. That's completely outrageous pricing, and I think about 3 times more than it should cost.

There are many complaints about their pricing in these reviews. Stop complaining and turn down their offers. There are many plumbers out there and if people keep accepting ludicrous proposals like this, they will continue to rip people off. Come on people - say no sometimes.

In the almost 20 years we have lived in Mission Viejo, we have had several plumbing issues and Saddleback Plumbing has always resolved them quickly and professionally. This includes a slab leak which required a bypass, root blockage of our main sewage line at two locations, replacement of soldered valves, and the addition of toilet drain extensions due to the installation of tile flooring by the previous owner.
We have appreciated the quick, professional manner of the technicians. They are very knowledgeable and have the tools and equipment they needed to complete the jobs quickly and well. Once they diagnosed the problem they provided us with the various repair options and associated positives and negatives. We felt no pressure to go with a particular option. They take care not to create a mess in the work area in your house and clean up once the work is completed.
When you find an honest and competent plumbing company, why would you use anyone else?

I called Saddleback for a toilet drain problem. James D from Saddleback arrived on time and took great care to keep everything neat and clean. He even wore protectors over his shoes. He diagnosed the toilet problem quickly: plant roots had penetrated the wax seal between the toilet and flange, and a thick root mat had grown into and around the drain. He carefully removed the roots, making sure he got them all, including the whole, intact, ""horsetail"" of roots snaking several feet into the drain and the dense mat of tough roots wedged in the slot between the flange, tile, and concrete slab. He took extra measures to deter the roots from growing back. All this was done quickly and efficiently--a thorough and neatly done job.
