If there was an option for 0 stars, they deserve 0 stars. They were recommended by our home warranty. We reached out to them, they came out, and they provided diagnostics. They left and texted us due to the home warranty process of asking for an itemized receipt was "too complicated". The lady who answers calls, (who refused to give me her name), said they home warranty was asking for too much when in reality they just need to fix, provide receipt with what was done, we pay them, and that's it they are done. The warranty was explaining to them the process. believe there was a language barrier since the lady had no clue what she was saying. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM CAUSE HOME WARRANTY ARE "COMPLICATED" APPARENTLY! They're a joke.

I paid for their services today. They came in on time and were professional. Jobs completed. No free estimate offered, 49$ for an estimate if you do not use their services, others were 50$ up. I felt the cost was excessive @ 600$. That's my only gripe. If not for no free estimate and final cost, it would be 5 stars for today.

I had an emergency need on a Sunday morning ( toilet flaws and water everywhere), my repair gut even didn't answer my call, I searched for the recommendation on plumbers, called 3 of them but Sadat was the only one who answered right away, they scheduled me for 2 hrs later but he was able to come in an hour. He took care of everything ( replacing the whole toilet, wax and all connections), he wiped and cleaned ever, my bathroom was cleaner than before, professional, fast, on time, and super expert. Strongly recommended. Thank you Sadat.

Wow!!! Where do I start! I highly recommend using Sadat for any and all plumbing services! He came in and fixed both of our unclogged toilets in under 10 minutes. He even went as far as to check our faucets and noticed the water was slower than normal due to build up and took care of that as well!! Going forward, Sadat Plumbing Service is the only plumbing service I will use!!!! Thank you so much Sadat!!!!!!

I won't recommend this company. They are not professional. They let the water leaking from the refrigerator connection not even turn the valve off. Plumber was not able to speak Spanish or English either. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

There was a large leak near our water meter. It new year's eve. We know that it would be hard to get a professional to fix our problem. They called in the morning and set up an appointment. They were 30 min late of the agreed time. We didn't mind because they did a great job. They did not have to dig too much. On top of that their fee was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This person is not licensed to legally run a business advertising Plumbing services, which is a violation of the Texas State Plumbing Board rules & regulations. He has been fined by the Plumbing Board and currently has an expired Apprentice Registration which is just a "registration" with the board. NOT a license. Be ware, they are not property licensed and insured to perform plumbing services to the public.

SCOPE OF WORK PERMITTED
A Plumber's Apprentice may learn about and assist with the installation of plumbing under the direct supervision of a licensed plumber. Direct supervision means that a person who holds a plumbing license issued by the TSBPE is on the job site with you at all times you are performing plumbing work. If a licensee is not present, a Plumber's Apprentice may only perform manual tasks like digging trenches.

IMPORTANT: You MUST register as a Plumber's Apprentice before you can start counting the hours of experience you have working in the plumbing trade. Any hours worked before you are registered do not count toward the hours requirements for the Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman Plumber examinations.

just so y'all know dude not even licensed plumber , is an apprentice that isn't current because he owes the state 650 dollar fine for unlicensed plumbing work

My bathroom sink stopper didn't work. I called Saadat Plumbing. They said they would be out at noon but showed up at 2;20 p.m. They were polite and cordial. Only one of the two men spoke English. The plumbers said they fixed the problem. For 20-minutes work they changed $140.00, plus $10.00 for a part. No receipt was provided. Based on the fact they were two hours late and provided no receipt, I posted a three-star review on their site which I thought was generous. The next day i tried the sink, and the stopper still didn't work. I rescheduled for the following day. They came out and installed a conventional (metal) stopper and claimed that was the best they could do because the parts were worn out. On the way out the door one of the plumbers translated for his partner who spoke only Arabic. He said, "Because you posted only a three--star review, they would not replace the original parts. When I managed businesses, i showed up at the scheduled time and I did the job properly the first time. Take my advice. Go elsewhere.
