I had a broken garden spigot and couldn't find the water shut-off valve. On a Saturday evening. Water shooting out everywhere, no one would come and help asap, not even the city. BUT....Russell not only called me back, he facetimed me so he could assess the problem and he showed up within 45 minutes, and within 15 minutes after he arrived, water was shut off, and new spigot was installed. Much rejoicing! I will definitely use this company again for any problem large or small that I have again....Russell is the best!!

We had a gurgling sound coming from our sink 8 months ago. A repair was done. A couple weeks ago the water detector went off alerting us that we had water leaking under the sink. When I got under the sink and touched the pipe a section of it came off in my hand! I tried reconnecting it and another section came off----we turned the water off. We called Sacramento Sewer and Drain, left a message. Russell responded with 5 min. He came out the next day, on time, made the repair. He put a heavier duty pipe in, used a different glue and did not charge us since a former employee had made the original repair. We were so impressed with his work, professionalism & timeliness and he did not charge for the repair. He stood by his company standards. Last night we had another minor leak going, called and left a message for them about 9:30 pm. Russell called us back within 5 min stating someone would be out today. Tyler called this morning came out, a gasket had kinked, he replaced it, again no charge. I am so impressed with the work, timeliness and follow up phone calls. They are definitely my go to plumbers!

This company is awesome! They are super customer-focused and very knowledgeable. We called them to get an estimate for a problem on my parent's main sewer line. They did a complete and thorough analysis, and explained what we needed. They didn't charge us for the estimate or try to up sell us on something that wasn't needed like Bonney Plumbing.

My husband and I used Sacramento Sewer and Drain when we placed an offer on our home back in August bc I wanted to ensure that the sewer line leading to the street was clear. I've heard horror stories of needing to replace sewer lateral lines and the high cost. Unfortunately, the technician was unable to find the cleanout on the ground so they had to approach the pipes from the roof vent. The camera was not long enough to visualize the entire line. We went ahead and purchased the home. A few months later we were having issues and I was really worried that the line was damaged. In the interim, I was able to locate the ground cleanout. I reached out to company to request a new quote. The owner was kind enough to offer to come out for free and re-examine the pipes. His technicians were knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. I am blown away by the level of customer service that I received. It is rare, these days, to find a company that stands by its commitments and strives to satisfy its customers. Russel responded to a request I made through Home Advisor to repair my sewer clean out. It was quick and easy. He was able to get a field tech out in a couple of days after we chat. The tech was quick, and did a great job. If one can have a great experience with sewer repair, this was it!

We purchased an older home in Roseville. We had a problem with our kitchen gas line sticking out of the wall so that the stove couldn't be pushed all the way back. We also had a leaky shower and faucets. We were so pleased when Russell was able to schedule us on a Sunday as we work during the weekdays. I reached out to Sacramento Sewer and Drain late yesterday evening after my 3 year old son flushed a toy down my toilet. Russell responded quickly to my inquiry even though it was 8:30pm. He explained that he was in the middle of a big project but could come late the next day(even planning to accommodate me being at work till 9pm and coming after that).

By this morning, Russell contacted me again letting me know he could come shortly. I was so relieved as I only have one bathroom in my house.

He came and removed the toy easily and quickly.
He was prompt, responsive, professional and kind to get to me early, in spite of his busy schedule.

I highly recommend this company and am glad to have a good plumber to use in the future.

I had a main sewer line back up at my house and called Sac Sewer and Drain for assistance. Russell came out to take care of the excavation work that was needed in order for the City to repair the line. He was timely and communicated with me throughout the process. The work was done professionally, quickly and affordably and they went above my expectations. I will most definitely use this company again should I ever need to.
