I had a leaky washing machine hookup after the flooring contractors hooked back up the water connections. The connections were over 20 years old and rotted. I called Russell and sent a few pictures so he can get an idea of the kind of piping and connections. He mentioned we would need new pipes installed and would open up the wall and put it back after replacing the pipes where the connections were. His team (2 workers) came out within a few days late on a Friday (early evening), and quickly resolved the leak. Russell would have come himself that day as he had done a few times, but he was responding to an emergency flood. His team explained what happened and showed the newly installed pipe fittings. They were in and out within 90 minutes. Great quality, professional work, always high value for the price. Russell is our ""go to plumber"" and he or his team never let us down since he started working on our primary residence and rental property 8 years ago.

I had a backup in my bathtub which we deal with on a yearly basis. After bell brothers came and snaked my clean out they were unable to fix the issue. I was given an estimate of over $6k to find the problem and repair the pipe. I called Sac Sewer and Drain right after and they were at my house within a few hours. I showed Russell the clean out in the garage and he said he didn't want to make a mess in the garage so he carried all his equipment to the roof and snaked it through the vent. Within 5 minutes my bathtub drained and the clog was fixed. They also scoped the lines and showed me everything that was going on. Sac Sewer and Drain went above and beyond to keep everything clean, they were super transparent and I couldn't have been happier. We will be using Sacramento Sewer and Drain for all of our plumbing needs going forward. Thanks again!

Russell had given an estimate to the owner of the house I eventually purchased. The job needed to be done and we set up an appointment to ""git er done!"" He and his team came on time and completed the work as discussed. Hoping there will be no further issues. But I know who to call if there are.

I wish it was possible to give 10 stars to Sacramento Sewer and Drain. Russ came out to replace a water heater. He showed up on time, kept up great communication and is honest through and through. He was so great that I asked him to come back the following week to take care of some smaller items on my to do list. His prices are very reasonable and his attention to detail is stellar. I will use him any time I have plumbing needs and will recommend him to all of my clients! He's also my new go to plumber for client sewer line inspections. Thank you!

Had a slow down in the sewer, slight back up when the washer rinse cycle was emptying with slight backup. Tried the usual drain preps and was taking a wait and see approach if that would work. Then inadvertently had a toilet flapper fail to seal properly and the toilet ended up running for a couple of hours. Well, that definitely over taxed the sewer line and had a backup into the master walk in shower with water on the floor. Had to call our local county sewer agency, they came out and checked their section of line and it was all clear so had to be the line on our property. So called this company and Russell was out in a couple of hours, right on time for appointment. Definitely had the proper equipment, was able to immediately assess and proceeded to clear and remove a root ball partial obstruction and in approximately under an hour as promised. He then ran a video line through the line to confirm, other than the root ball intrusion, the line was otherwise clear - did not try to upsell, just provide the facts. Very professional. I can't recommend him enough. Did an excellent job, with six month warranty and all is back to normal. Reasonably priced too. Thanks Russell!

Let's be honest, when you are having sewer or drain issues it's always a ""poopy"" situation.

Our house was flooding and we were a bit panicked. We tried everything we could, but in the end should have called a plumber sooner. After calling, Russell the owner, showed up within 30 minutes.

Not only was he kind and calm when he arrived while the rest of us were running around crazy, he was informative and educated us on our system and helped us understand the lines for any future needs.

We had roots grow into our lines, so we ended up backing up again and called Russell at 11 at night. He was ready to jump in his car and come save the day again!

He ended up coming back and helping us solve a much bigger issue than just a clog and continued to educate us on how to be the best homeowners for our pipes. Thanks Russel!

If you need a good plumber, Sacramento Sewer and Drain comes highly recommended! I know we have a plumber go to for life now.

Russell provided us a specific recommendation for a replacement toilet (reasonably priced), was communicative throughout the process, showed up on time and ready to work, and had the new toilet installed quickly, cleanly, and with no hassle. I wish I could say his performance was just typical for contractors, but it's not - which is why I'm taking the time to write this review. Highly recommended!

I have used Sacramento Sewer & Drain several times over the last three years for my 1938 home that seems to always have water and drain issues and also for countless real estate transactions. Russell and Tyler are truly top notch plumbers that are prompt in returning calls and texts, extremely reliable and reasonable in their prices.
