After our water heater started making mini explosions, we new we were due for a new one. Mike was able to come out and install our new water heater and get everything up to code. His work is excellent, his knowledge was useful, and we are 100% satisfied. We tried a few other Sac companies, including two of the biggest, and got nothing but runaround and outrageous quotes (one was over 3k!) for just a water heater and install!!! Average costs for water heaters don't cost more than $600, so where is this 3k coming from? Not to mention names, but I won't be calling Bonney back anytime soon.

Great work Mike! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive, fast, and best of all, fairly priced. I've found my new plumber. Don't waste your time on another company, use Plumbing Solutions!

Update: Called Plumbing Solutions on 12/21/18, the Friday before Xmas eve because our water heater wasn't working. Mike squeezed us in at the end of the day to diagnose the problem. Calvary arrived at 4:30ish and found it was dead. Instead of leaving us high and dry before going into a holiday weekend, the crew worked until nearly 8pm to make sure we did not have to wait until after Xmas to get our water heater replaced. They didn't jack the price up on us either. Plumbing Solutions is definitely our first choice.

Loved the guys who came out to install our water heater, Jesse and his brother. Got the sense that they really cared about doing it right. And Jesse was great at explaining what he was doing. Got a quote from Bonney which was almost $2000 more. The only downside was communication with Mike was spotty: you know, those little calls that let you know what was going on. The process involved an electrician that they connected us with, thankfully, yet they did not let us know he had an emergency and would not be coming and we were waiting for him to show. As well, we waited for the permit process to happen and they needed to be reminded to get that going. Despite those little things, I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great. I called a few places in town when I was having issues with my hot water tank and the soonest anyone could come was at 3:30pm. I called Plumbing Solutions and they were here within an hour. They quickly diagnosed it to a faulty thermal coupler and within minutes had it fixed. I am looking at possibly upgrading to a tankless water heater in the future and this will be the first company I call for an estimate! Thank you!!!

Really friendly folks. They came out and gave me a quote, arrived on time, and fit me into their schedule on short notice. They did a great job answering all my questions, quickly solving plumbing mysteries that have tormented me for years, replaced an irrigation valve and a hose bib, and flushing my hot water heater that had soooo much mineral buildup that it looked like they were emptying an extensive rock collection out of it. They also tidied up the wiring on my irrigation system that was left in a state that I described as a ""hot mess"" from the last repair person. Their prices were reasonable and they worked with me to keep it within my budget. They'll be the first ones I call for any plumbing or irrigation needs in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
