I called this company for an estimate on fixing a problem I was having with the bathtub not draining properly, and Justice did the most thorough job of poking around to see what he could find out before providing the estimate. He gave us a really informed idea of what was wrong. In doing the work, he worked harder and longer than anyone I'd ever seen, truly going above and beyond for us.

The work ended up being really extensive and he got it done as quickly as possible so that it wouldn't be an enormous disruption to our lives. Justice also kept us in the loop every step of the way and was extremely communicative about what he was doing and why. It's been two months and we haven't had any issues since, and the whole bathroom drains way better than it ever did! Justice worked miracles for us and the ultimate cost was $7,000 lower than the next closest bid for the same work.

This company is amazing! I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Our old house needed new in-ground plumbing as well as a replacement of all old cast iron pipes. Sacramento Plumbing Solutions thoroughly diagnosed all of the problems and efficiently replaced everything with ABS pipe and in-wall Pex. Their team did a fabulous job! And Mike, Anthony and Jesse were all so nice and easy to work with. Each team member knew how to easily explain the problems and solutions so that a layperson could understand the situations at hand. I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike.  I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting.  Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work.  Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit.  The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again.  I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

My family and I lost our home to an electrical fire and have been in the process of rebuilding. Mike was a breath of fresh air. Finally someone who returns your call, shows up as discussed and is absolutely competitive in his pricing. They installed completely new copper plumbing throughout our home, drains, vents, all of it (he's also the only plumber that I had met with that didn't flinch when I said I didn't want pex ,especially since the house is gutted and accessible in all areas). Overall, as a homeowner of a house that has needed lots of work, I have been happy with my experiences with Sacramento Plumbing Solutions.

I do a decent amount of DIY, however these are the plumbers I like to call for their professional skills beyond what I could do reliably (sweating copper, changing out main valves, etc). Justice came out for several leak and valve repairs, and he was skilled while also sharing his rationale for certain steps. Later, Jose also came out after another company accidently cut into some pipe and he was also friendly and professional. Mike the owner makes the effort to have your inquiries addressed, even when they can get quite busy.

Overall, a very solid team! I've recommended them to others including my realtor.

This morning a sprinkler pipe in the backyard sprung a leak and flooded my backyard. I called several plumbers and Sacramento Plumbing Solutions was the first to return my call. They were on site within a couple hours and had it repaired in a little over an hour. Very competent and polite. Michael Grijalva and trainee Anthony did a great job.
