This company is awesome and I highly recommend them. I called late in the afternoon to my regular plumber I use and he couldn't come till the following week. My line was blocked and sewage was spilling into the front yard and of course it was on a Friday. My neighbor had used this company and raved about them so I gave them a try. I can not remember the name of the person but he was very sweet on the phone the night before when I called at 4:30 but I do know he mentioned he was the owner and came out the next morning to take care of me. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. I knew it would cost me a fortune being the weekend but he charged me less than my regular plumber charges me on a weekday. I will only use this company from now on and have recommended them to all my friends. This happened last fall and I thought I had written my review back then. I did but did not send/post it. Hence, the reason this is so late.

I highly recommend using this company! Jose replaced my water heater and installed a vent through the roof, so there was extra work involved. He came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate on Tuesday, and I was able to schedule the work to be done on Wednesday. Jose was very prompt and friendly, answering all of my questions and concerns. He really went above and beyond.
I couldn't be happier with the quality of work he did.

I had a great experience with Sacramento Plumbing Solutions as recommended to me by a groute/tile company. Mike, the owner, called me back quickly, requested pictures, and scheduled me with ease. I knew I needed a shower valve replacement (put off for WAY too long). I felt the amount owed was reasonable. Jose was my plumber and he was timely and personable. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very efficient. Even the hole in the wall to access the plumbing was done well and will easily be repaired. The area was left very clean. I requested two more estimates for a different valve replacement and hot water heater. I felt they were all reasonable and will use them for my future needs. Thanks so much!

Our hot water heater went out and we had been dealing with it for 3 days, grace and mike quickly resolved our issue and had a plan just in case our very old unit needed to be replaced. They went above and beyond and provided wonderful customer service. Mike answered all of my questions and educated me about some of the workings and what may have caused the issue so that it might be prevented in the future. Update * we needed a replacement and mike and grace had everything prepped. Mike installed the new unit and everything works great.

FIVE STARS! (Even more) We had to have a new toilet installed and a new faucet installed over a sink in the garage. We had purchased the equipment and took a chance hiring Sacramento Plumbing Solutions. They are rated 5 Stars and now we know why! Our Plumber ""Jesse"" communicated with us to keep us in the know when he would arrive. He was on time, kind, friendly, very professional and extremely thorough. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. When he took the old toilet off he showed us that there was a large crack in the flange. He said he would need to come back to fix that part at a later date. All went well with the installation and also with the installation of the faucet in our garage. He was able to come back in a very timely manner and again communicated with us so nicely. He was on time and handled taking the toilet off again and was able to replace the flange from inside the house! (That saved us some money ... instead of him going under the house) My husband watched and was very happy with every single thing.
I am so happy about our total experience with ""Jesse"" and his company. I would hire them again when needed. (That is saying a lot; we have had negative experiences with Plumbing companies before hiring them) We are very satisfied.

I called this company for an estimate on fixing a problem I was having with the bathtub not draining properly, and Justice did the most thorough job of poking around to see what he could find out before providing the estimate. He gave us a really informed idea of what was wrong. In doing the work, he worked harder and longer than anyone I'd ever seen, truly going above and beyond for us.

The work ended up being really extensive and he got it done as quickly as possible so that it wouldn't be an enormous disruption to our lives. Justice also kept us in the loop every step of the way and was extremely communicative about what he was doing and why. It's been two months and we haven't had any issues since, and the whole bathroom drains way better than it ever did! Justice worked miracles for us and the ultimate cost was $7,000 lower than the next closest bid for the same work.

This company is amazing! I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Our old house needed new in-ground plumbing as well as a replacement of all old cast iron pipes. Sacramento Plumbing Solutions thoroughly diagnosed all of the problems and efficiently replaced everything with ABS pipe and in-wall Pex. Their team did a fabulous job! And Mike, Anthony and Jesse were all so nice and easy to work with. Each team member knew how to easily explain the problems and solutions so that a layperson could understand the situations at hand. Highly recommend their services!

I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike.  I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting.  Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work.  Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit.  The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again.  I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

My family and I lost our home to an electrical fire and have been in the process of rebuilding. Mike was a breath of fresh air. Finally someone who returns your call, shows up as discussed and is absolutely competitive in his pricing. They installed completely new copper plumbing throughout our home, drains, vents, all of it (he's also the only plumber that I had met with that didn't flinch when I said I didn't want pex ,especially since the house is gutted and accessible in all areas). Mike and his crew's work was absolutely impeccable, tight clean runs etc. An absolute pleasure to find someone that obviously takes pride in their workmanship.
