I have been in property management for 20 years and I don't like to complain but I have to on this one! The worst service ever! Very unprofessional and rude! Called them about a leaking sewer pipe under my home, told them the main line was good. The tech comes and checks the main line I explained again that is good I have a leak on a sewer line under the home. He open the inspection panel and then asked me for a flashlight, then shined the light on the broken coupling, and said there it is. I said I know that. I need that fixed. He said oh well I need a second tech to work on that, I will send you a quote. I never go the quote, but I did get a bill for $95.00 for something I knew about. I called them 3 times to get the quote to have it fixed cause sewer line was still leaking. All I got was them telling me how busy they are and they will get back to me. I paid them the $95.00 and called another plumber who came out and fixed it in 45 mins.

I live in an apartment complex and noticed my water heater was leaking. We reached out to the maintenance on-site. Once he came out and observed it he said it's not worth it he would just have someone come out and replace it. I'm grateful he called Sac Val out. Anthony (the gentleman who replaced it) was very cordial, respectful, and communicative. Funny as it maybe my son is also is named Anthony to which he found it awesome that there was someone else that shared his name besides his dad. He even let my son help him put on the sticker ( he got a kick out of that). I live on the second level of my complex and this guy did everything by himself to carrying up the new water heat (wasn't easy) to carrying down the old one. I highly recommend using this company.

loved every aspect of my experience with Sac Valley Plumbing. scheduling was easy - they came out next day. I had mulitple issues, kitchen faucet leaking, turn off valve leaking, overflow vent leaking and all issues were resolved very swiftly. Thank you Sac Valley for your professional and prompt service.

Terrible customer service! I scheduled a time frame of 10-12pm. I rearranged my work schedule and childcare to be at my house for them. When 1215 came, still no plumber or phone call to let me know what was going on. I called them and they told me that the plumber was running late and would be at my house at 1pm. I told them that I had other obligations at that time and 1pm would not work. They told me that someone would call me to reschedyule another day.... ha! I asked if it could be later, maybe in the evening and I heard in the background ""NO, IM NOT PAYING OVERTIME"".
Wow, I called off work and rescheduled my childcare for them... and due to their fault, I got that rude response. NO THANK YOU. Go with another company that values your time and money. That when they mess up or are at fault, they should make it better. I good company would do that. Spend your money elsewhere!

Very unprofessional, very rude, they WILL cuss you out and do whatever they want, because everyone in this company is a ""manager""... Pam, and this other lady there - Heaven forbid you have to deal with them!

Stay away! Do not use this company for your own sake!

I had geno and Sergio come out to my house in a very timely manner. They were very polite and friendly and very proficient at what they did, they cleaned out my drains and scoped it after. For a great service I would highly recommend sac val plumbing
