As with the others with terrible reviews, BEWARE!! Horrible experience! This owner and plumber is way out in left field. I've given him the benefit of the doubt a few times stating he would arrive, but no 3 times a charm.
Had me waiting 2 hours after schedule appointment. This person should not be in business as he places undue strain and anticipation stress. Do yourself a big favor and stay away.. I do not know of anyone who promised to be at your home and doesn't show up. It's stressful dealing with plumbing needs as it is without this business and person who either works there or owner. Not even worth my time to place this review except to warn others..

Mike was amazing, came within an hour of us calling about our leak in the kitchen. Turns out it was just something loose and was fixed within 10 minutes. Would definitely reccomend!

Mike was very quick and pretty good at his job as far as i could see. However .. You should never talk about politics on the job. This just made us uncomfortable. But besides that, cheap and good job. I'm just confused if I'd call again.

Really bad service and i honestly don't think he knows what he is doing.
He came in the first time 3 hours after the scheduled time just to tell us that he didn't know what was happening.
Came in the next day to fix the boiler which stopped working 2 days later.
Find an alternative if you can

TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE. I had Mike scheduled in a window 5pm-6pm which he didn't show up for or call to let me know he wouldn't be coming. I called and set up the same time frame for him to come the following day to which he was again late. Upon entering my home Mike proceeds to walk through my living area and into my kitchen noticing a ""kissy face"" Donald trump pillow I have in my living room as a joke (Donald trump kiss my ass). Mike then CORNERS me in my kitchen and begins asking me ""so tell me about that Donald trump pillow"" I responded by telling him it was a funny accent piece that people frequently sit on. He then begins to ask ""I think it's gross, he is a reprehensible man. Are you one of those people who voted for him? Who did you vote for?"" While still cornered in my kitchen. Needless to say this was a very unnerving experience and I would not recommend this man to be in another home. He is clearly unstable not to mention unreliable. Yes my dishwasher now works but I was left literally shaking. No one should feel unsafe in their own home like that!

Mike is amazing. Small single man operation that is quick to respond, punctual? and beyond reasonable in price. Checks or Cash (I paid cash) and seems to work with you, especially for quick fixes. Would not hesitate to call again. His information is saved in my phone and I will gladly refer everyone to him. Thank you again!!

I had a great experience with Mike from Sac City plumbing and he did an awesome job. I was trying to replace the old water line to the refrigerator and ended up breaking off a saddle valve, leaving a hole that would shoot water out if I turned the main back on. So basically wouldn't have water to the house until getting this fixed. Mike was available and showed up quick and fixed the immediate problem, but he wasn't satisfied, he wanted to make sure my original plan for the project got all the way done and negotiated a great price. Maybe an hour later, I had a working hook up to my fridge, and he also threw in a quick fix on the hot water hose to my washing machine that had been leaking. This guy knows what he's doing and it feels like he really wants to put the customer first. I live in an old house and will likely be doing lots of plumbing projects in the future, and I will definitely be calling Sac City plumbing.

One of the worst service encounters I can remember. Owner/operator came out for a simple fix which turned into a 6 hour adventure. He left the job site for parts which should have been on hand and took 90 minutes for that. He went on and on about personal stories, tried to look around my house, and left a huge mess after leaving. This is a clear example of fake Yelp reviews keeping this business going - read the real reviews. At the end of the day I have to hire another plumber to finish the job. Don't waste your time or money here.

I just met Mike from Sac City Plumbing, and what a great guy! He took time late on a Saturday afternoon (while he was hip-deep on a personal project) to fix my water heater for me. He wouldn't even take any money because it took him so little time to fix the problem. Sac City will be my go-to guys in East Sac.
