He was very rude and hung up before I could explain what I needed assistance with. I called back since my number has a different area code to explain that I'm not a solicitor and he said, ""not interested"" then hung up. I called him on behalf of a recent amputee who cannot utilize his shower because he needs a new one built for wheelchair access.
