Made an appointment and got a confirmation email and text. Then a reminder email and text the day of the appointmen. Waited around for 2 hours just in case they were running way behind, never showed up or got a phone call. Decided to do the same and go with someone else.

They have an online scheduling system, which I used, but they never showed up. I got confirmation emails and texts, even reminder texts. But no show, no call, no nothing.

I never had put any stock in the reviews of Yelp but this time I decided to give Yelp a shot and I am glad I did as it brought me to Sabastian & Sons Plumbing.

I noticed my commode was leaking around the base. Fearing that is was the gasket, and the fact that it had not been replaced since the 70's I gave Sabastian and Sons a call. Had to leave a message as I am sure they were doing a job, but i did receive a call back within an hour. They told me that it was a flat fee to pull the toilet up to see what is wrong and I was ok with the amount but then while they were in mid work I posed them a question of, would they be able to just replace the commode and Sabastian was able to stop what he was in the middle of and started in the direction I wanted to go...

Within an hour I had a brand new commode put in and no more water around the base.

I could not be any happier with the service provided by Sabastian & Sons. Give them a call!! You will NOT be disappointed with their results!

I had Sebastian out to do some rough in plumbing, fix a floor drain and do some finishing work. He did very bad work and was very dishonest. He repaired a main water line and Unclogged the basement floor drain. The water main started leaking again and I had to pay to get it fixed and the floor drain was not properly unclogged and it caused me to fail an inspection. He also, in a very threatening way demanded more money after changing his bid and refusing to do the work he agreed on. Don't go with this company unless you want poor quality work with changing prices.

Needed some plumbing work done on the shower and had no water in the entire house due to no shutoff valve. I called SNS in the morning and was told I would be contacted by someone. Three hours later I called back after not hearing from anyone and was told someone would call me in fifteen minutes. Two hours later I called for the third time and said I still had not heard back. I was told that it would be mentioned I had called three times and someone would get back to me. No one ever called to see if they could help. I had read good reviews on this company but did not have a good experience on my first attempt.
