bathroom addition, vent installed in my roof leaked badly, they forgot to reconnect water to prexisting shower,then they forgot to connect cold water to tub, treated coworkers very poorly in front of customer.then it comes time for final.inspection which I already paid for and all of a sudden he wants 1k more because he stepped on my water meter and cause the valve to start leaking,who makes the customer pay for their mistakes...these guys,do yourself a favor and find someone else,this guy Josh acts like he has zero f's to give,what I got for 14k, problem after problem.

I was pretty disappointed with their service, especially the follow-ups, not responsive, and not professional. If you are looking for professional plumbing services, I would NOT recommend this company at all, there are tons of companies out there providing plumbing services, so just choose another one that will save you time and money.

We had an urgent pipe burst issue in the basement a couple of weeks ago, and I called for emergency service. I was asked to provide my credit card info, which I thought was a bit odd since no service had been provided yet ( I noticed later on among the 10+ plumbing companies I called during that weekend, this was the ONLY company that asked for credit card info ahead of time). Due to my conflict schedule, I called again to change the appointment from morning to afternoon, they said it was fine and provided me a service window from 1-3 (maybe 12-3). I waited for a couple of hours that afternoon, but by 3, no one had contacted me or provided any updates at all.

On the other hand, I was fortunate to have a plumber from another company stop by around 3 and have the urgent pipe issue fixed. It was not until 330, someone from this company sent me a message and said a technician was on the way. I did not check my phone, so I missed this message since I did not expect them to come past the appointment time. So when the technician showed up after 4, I was quite surprised and explained that the pipe had been fixed and I did not need service from them anymore. Later that day, someone from this company called me and said they had to charge me a flat fee of $200 because I did not call them to cancel the appointment. I explained to them that I had been waiting for a couple of hours but did not have any updates at all, and neither did they arrive during the appointment window, so I did not know I HAD to call back in this situation. I asked if the fee could be waived. They said they would follow up on this, up to now, I still have no updates from them, and I was charged a fee while no service was provided, the $200 fee was similar to what I paid to the other plumber for the service, this was insane.

I hope this review provides some info, which will help those who are looking for professional plumbers, please go find the service you deserve, probably somewhere else, definitely not this one.

A plumber came to the house to work on the gas cap for the chimney. Later I was told that I needed the work inspection and I had to pay the plumber $150 per hour for 2 hours while they waited for the inspection. The inspector costs only $50.

If I were told at first I would not use this company. Very awful and tricky.

Our heat wouldn't work in the kids bedrooms in the middle of winter. Josh came out the next day, fixed the problem at a fair price. Wouldn't you know it, our water heater tank decided to start leaking and flooding our basement a week later. SAAB sent a plumber the next day, removed my old tank, even got me a credit towards my bill due to the warranty. These guys are the real deal!

Came home last Sunday to no heat on in the house. Josh and Corey both came out and found out that the transformer had blown and was able to get the unit going. Today Doug and Josh came out and made the permanent repair and replaced the old duck work. Everyone was hard working, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely recommend SAAB Plumbing to all my friends. Great work guys and thank you!

First time Customer. Had a faulty cartridge in my Delta shower valve causing some strange temperature issues throughout the house. Called SAAB, Josh had seen this once before, had the valve in his truck and said he would drop in after his last job. Friendly guy. In and out in 20 mins and the service charge was reasonable. Oh, and this is after 6-8"" snow forecast produced 15"" of snow the night before. That's rough in our little towns, takes more than half a day to clear residential side streets. Still found time to squeeze me in. Thanks Josh.
