Very disappointed. I was trying to find a plumber for several projects. It was very strange. I would message him questions and only receive partial answers. I also sent info for several projects to bid, and he said he would bid them several times, but I never received a quote. Then we spent 3 hours commuting and being on-site looking at a project. He came out and looked at a project and promised a bid, but I never received one. He could have just said he was too busy or want interested, but he did neither. I called him one last time, and I never heard back. I'm a contractor myself, and this is what makes contractors look bad. I understand everyone is busy but get back to everyone and do what you say you will do.

Came by the first time, snaked the kitchen sink and it worked for about 2 weeks. Made a comment about a funny angle in the pipes under the sink and if it recurred, would need fixing. Called a couple weeks later and made an appointment for the morning. Got a text at the time he was supposed to show that he was stuck on a job out of the area and would come by in the afternoon. I asked what time. No answer, never showed up and never contacted me again. Wasted my day. Got someone else to come out. They didn't think the pipe angle was the issue, snaked deeper and it's been flowing fine now for a couple of month.

We had a bunch of issues in our house that needed repair. Sergio, by far, has been the most polite, most responsive and most service cost reasonable among all of them. He did his best to fit us in his busy schedule and took care of our needs. He was very honest and thorough in his analysis and pricing. Our furnace needs a critical part and he is very responsive in doing his best to finish the job. We are so relieved to know we met someone who personalize our needs and understands our plight without tallying up the $$$$. You can never go wrong with him and I am in full support of small business entrepreneurs like him! A+++++++ customer service and service value.

What can I say, found water at the base of my toilet this morning and needed a local plumber. Called SA around 11a.m., and Sergio said they could come out between 1 & 2p.m., which they did. Fixed the problem within an hour and at a fair price, all is good.
That is GOOD LOCAL SERVICE.

First off these guys were great. They answered a lot of questions before I even had them come to the house. They let me pick up some of the parts myself ahead of time to cut the cost. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. Clean and excellent work, nice people and even snaked our drain last minute when we asked. I would no doubt have him do work again.
