S Waters Plumbing is THE best! After wrangling with our home owner's warranty company for 8 days to get a water heater fixed we finally called S Waters Plumbing. Explaining the problem, they had someone at our house the next morning. Craig, plumber extraordinaire came out, assessed the situation and spent the day replacing the old water heater with a new one. We are more than pleased, not only of course, to finally have hot water, but because of the exemplary and compassionate service S Waters provided. Craig was kind, knowlegeable and skilled. He came at 8:30AM and did not leave until the job was finished at 6PM.

I don't know what company you all engaged but not the same one I did. Had used this company several times in past and had very good experience but not this last time. Perhaps new ownership or management because to date they never completed job, have been paid in full and have ignored my attempts to get resolved.

Had S.Waters out for 2 problems we were having, 1- leak somewhere in back yard, 2-replace leaking cutoff valve to back yard so we could isolate said leaks till found.

First visit they called a company to find leaks in back yard ($320 paid to American Leak plus $212.50 S.Waters for standing there while American Leak did their job finding the leaks), would have been fine had they accomplished the tasks. Cleaned existing cutoff valve but did not have correct handle to replace (old handle rusted and broke off), said would be back with correct handle, never have. Contacted them to alert them that we still have meter spinning at good clip even when all water turned off, said would have to bring out leak detection people once again and start from scratch. Second visit, second charges $625 in total and everything supposed to be fixed now. Would have been no problem if this was the case but...handle never replaced (don't have one that is functional currently even though we paid) meter still running so leaks not resolved, very frustrated so wrote a letter to owner/manager with no reply.

I am a reasonable person, I did not withhold payment as leverage I paid first and hoped to resolve in time which we have not. I don't normally write reviews or complain publicly but as I have been ignored and it irritates me to look at my communication, cancelled checks and water bills I decided to warn potential future clients.

I hope for their sakes it is not a precursor of problems to come but I personally would not use them again.

I always call S. Waters Plumbing and have used them for over 10 years for service to my rental duplex in Novato. They are very reliable and I can trust them to do excellent work and charge a very fair price.They recently solved a difficult sewer line problem and last year they had to dig down a couple of feet to repair a leak in the supply line from the street. You can really count on them.

We have a toilet that's been constantly running water so we usually just shut off its water supply. My brother in law is coming to visit so it was finally time to fix the spare toilet. I found these guys on Yelp, they had good reviews and they were running a deal! I called yesterday late afternoon and they sent out Rick first thing this morning! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Hurray we have a working toilet! Thank you guys for getting out here so quickly and fixing my toilet!! I will definitely be back next time I have a plumbing crisis.

Picture it. Both showers in the downstairs bathrooms filled with sewage. We have a wedding going on right now with family coming from as far as Virginia and Montana. So of course the drain gets clogged and foulness backs up I checked the yellow pages first and noticed that this company had the BBB logo so I checked Yelp and then called them last night on June 2016 on our about 11:30pm asking for help.

The lady on the phone was nice and she said the plumber would call within the hour. Ten minutes later we got the call. About a half hour later the guy was here and he proceeded to work right away. After 45 minutes he cleared the drain which was clogged with palm tree roots and then he recommended an annual maintenance to keep the drain clear.

The last time this happened about five years ago the plumber wanted to rip up our driveway and replace the pipes claiming that would solve the problem for now and for the future. Turns out the palm tree that invades our sewage pipe could care less about a new pipe. This plumber told me that the best thing to do is to have an annual drain clean out for about $150 a year which I think is an excellent idea and will be taking advantage of this service.

I'm not just giving these guys a good review because they came at night and solved my problem, which was awesome, I'm also giving them a great review because this guy came to my house, quickly evaluated the problem, suggested fixes for the future (like an outside drain release valve so when sewage backs up it spills outside instead of in our showers) but the biggest thing was he worked very hard to get our drain clean. Really an awesome wonderful company.
