We manage all elements of plumbing work, such as installing and inspecting boilers.

We install, test, and inspect gas piping.

We handle sewer and drain installations and repairs for pipes sized between 1½"" and 36"".

We undertake repairs, renovations, and new builds.

I provide expert witness services for some of the most esteemed law firms in Manhattan.

Other plumbers seek our expertise for guidance.

Several of my previous team members have passed their master’s exams.

From 7/13/65 to 7/18/68, I was in the United States Navy working with boilers (ages 17-21).

I joined Plumbers Local Union #2 in 1969 for a five-year apprenticeship (1969-1974), accumulating 10,000 hours of hands-on training.

I earned five certificates of completion, one for each year, covering code, theory, welding, blueprint reading, gas piping systems, water supply, and drainage.

I passed federal examinations to qualify as a Stationary Engineer, enabling me to operate air conditioning plants and high-pressure steam (125#).

In 1981, I passed a course from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers regarding low-pressure boilers and unfired pressure vessels, conducted by Oklahoma University (Federal Boiler Inspector and Unfired Pressure Vessel Inspector) for the U.S. government.

In 1982, I obtained my Master Plumber's License and continued my education with technical courses, including roofing inspection and various welding classes from Nassau Research.

I started my own plumbing company in 1982, focusing on plumbing, hydronic heating, gas fitting, and drain cleaning.
