I called and requested that someone come out to check my leaking outdoor spigot because my water bill had increased by SIX TIMES the normal bill! I told the gentleman that answered the phone that I didn't expect them to be able to come immediately because the area had just had massive, serious flooding in the past week. He told me that he would get to me as soon as he could. TWO DAYS LATER, I got a call from one of their technicians, telling me that he could come and check out my leak! I can't remember the technicians' names, but they were polite, very professional, and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it! And, the cost was reasonable. Now, I have a reliable plumbing service that I can call when needed, and I am confident that I will receive GREAT service!! Steel Plumbing and Heating will be my go-to source from now on! Love this company! I have an older home, so I've had a few issues. Ever time I call Steeles, they show up quickly, answer all of my questions ( no matter how silly some of them probably sound), do great work, and charge reasonable rates. I'll never call another company

I would not recommend this plumbing business to anybody. You call them and they promise they will come to your house but they never show up. We called them half a dozen times and they kept promising they would come but it's been about 2 months later and we have yet to see them. We ended up calling somebody else. What a joke.
