Our kitchen sinks backed up. After my husband snaked them and did everything we could to unclog them, we decided to call a plumber. I called around to a few places including the one that did our bathtub a couple years ago to no avail. I only got voice mails stating that due to high volume of service calls (this wasn't too long after our freak winter storm) or some didn't even answer. One company had 2 phone numbers in the phone book (our internet was out) and both were disconnected. I called S&S and a human being answered! I told her our problem and she said someone will get back to me. I was a bit nervous but someone called me back within an hour or so. They were able to come out the next afternoon! FYI, it was already mid afternoon when I called. They called before arriving and got it fixed. They even cleaned up the floor after they were finished. I told them not to worry; as I would take care of the rest of it but the gesture was nice. The two men that came were very friendly. Turns out what my husband and I figured. It was a clog way past where our snake would've reached. They'll be the ones I call if we ever need their services again.
