Nick K.I called these guys and from the very beginning they made my family and I feel like we were there priority. We had a water line burst underneath our house. They got to us within the hour. Prior to coming the technician called us right away and told us how to shut the water off. The technician arrived no more than 30 minutes later. He gave us different options and even checked our water pressure. Our water pressure was dangerously high at 120 PSI. Not only did they fix the immediate leak they also installed a pressure reducing valve to lower the water pressure for preventative measures. I highly recommend S&S mechanical to everyone. Art S.S&S Mechanical installed our Furnace and Air conditioner. It was the middle of winter when Furnace needed replacement. Service tech replaced Furnace within 1 day and we were very please so we had new Air conditioner replaced as well. S&S Mechanical is very reliable and we recommend them highly.??

Rick M.Not too happy with this outfit. For one thing they don't answer their phone at the office and direct you to a phone tree to leave a message, then nobody returns a call. Great customer service-not. They did a service call on my furnace and after a fishing expedition started replacing components until they finally fixed the issue over $900 later. Problem is they don't do good work, the technician wired my thermostat backwards and it cost me $80.00 to send out another company to fix the problem.
