My heater would not turn on so I called them and they came in about an hour and a half I thought that was great. The problem was that the ignitor sensor was dirty and needed to be cleaned. It's a small stick you unscrew and clean with a simple stainless steel cleaning brush. I felt stupid. The service person was like yeah it's a simple thing that most of their calls are for this issue. They charged me $129! I asked why so much? and he said it cost them about $200 to send someone out to inspect from a google ad or yelp ad. This is a ridiculous excuse. When I called they asked me how I heard of them I said yelp, is that why they asked me? to decide how much to charge me?
The service person should have just said something like "" we offer superior service"" or something like that to justify the expense instead of just price gouging based on the ignorance of their customers.
The service person basically said I could have done it my self. And yes I could have but I don't know anything about furnace stuff so I called an expert but $129 for a brushing a little stick a quick 20 second job?
Yes, they came fast, found the problem of a 20 second job and solved it by wiping a small easy to get to stick with a brush and it cost me $129. They told me the ""service call"" charge was $59 but was waived if they did a service. So technically I paid $70 for a guy to brush a small easy to get to stick for 20 seconds. Not good value and being told I paid for looking them up and calling them from yelp is ridiculous he should have just lied about how great their service and value is then I would have felt better.

Julio did a great job. Nice and respectful. Explained everything. Added an access panel in the ceiling after cutting out a hole in the sheet rock.

I use SOS Heating & Cooling because they can be trusted to do a great job every time they provide service. They feel like family and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done well. SOS put in my HVAC system. they did a great job assuring that everything went well. i also use their maintenance plan which provides service checkups for my heating, cooling, and water heater and a discount off services. SOS added plumbing services also which I used recently. I was very happy with the service.

Our AC failed on the last day of August going into a holiday weekend. Our service guy Jayce showed up on a Saturday and had us up and running quickly. He had the part we needed. Super friendly and took his time checking out the entire system. Great job.

From talking with Kylee at 8:00 am to getting my ac repaired by Cory at around 11:00, this was a great experience. Both of these people were kind and smart. Cory even liked my dogs!

I was grateful that Cory had the part I needed on his truck. He left me with a fully functioning air conditioner before noon.

I am very happy that I called S.O.S. I called and the woman that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. I got an appointment for the next morning and Corey was very professional and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately he couldn't do anything right then because my HVAC was frozen so I had to turn off my air conditioner for the ice to melt and they'll be back in a couple of days. I was ready to pay for the service charge but because ""he couldn't do anything"" I won't have to pay until the come back and fix it. I feel like this is an honest, hard working company who actually cares about their customers.

I called S.O.S because my furnace refused to go on. Cory Laughter came out promptly and confirmed what I already knew, that I needed a new furnace. I appreciated the notifications letting me know when he was going to arrive, and when he was on his way. Cory was great to work with, and when I decided which brand of furnace to get, he went the extra mile to get it installed the same day. A shout out to Colby and Mason for the great job they did on the install, and to Ashley for her help in getting the warranty info I needed. It's a great company, focused on providing great customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Their 5 star ratings are well deserved.

I had a new AC and furnace installed last year,by a DIFFERENT COMPANY, but the technician couldn't get the blower motor to blow at full capacity after several trips. Blowing at lower speed kept us comfortable through the summer so we accepted thee install. This spring we had problems so called SOS they showed up the next day, found the new problem as well as the blower motor issue. Cory was VERY knowledgeable and had everything working amazingly well. The only thing better than having a cool house, was the price. I was only booked for the immoral call.
