SOS came for a second opinion after we'd been without heat for a week having been let down by our previous HVAC guys of thirty years. Within 24 hours of our call to SOS we had a new furnace and felt extremely comfortable about the whole process. I just read the previous reviews on YELP praising SOS and I agree with every comment!

SOS has been incredible to work with. I called them on the hottest day of the year to come see why my air conditioning was not working. They came the very next day, and texted me when they were on their way to my home. They assessed the issue, gave me a bid, and booked to install the next day. The installers we very nice and were able to complete the work within a few hours. They cleaned up (well, mostly) and took all the old furnace parts with them when they left.

Within a week of the install, the a/c again stopped working. I texted them at 10 PM last night and they had a service technician at my home in the morning. He was very knowledgeable, and figured the issue out and made the necessary adjustments to the system.

I would highly recommend SOS Heating & Cooling to anyone. I priced new equipment before calling and they were below what I had expected to pay. They credited the initial service call to my bill, and did not charge me for the second service call. I will definitely call them again when I need this type of service.

Cannot recommend SOS enough. I made an appointment yesterday, and they were able to come sooner than that. John was so nice. He got right to work, quick diagnosis and fix, and my house was cooling down before he had even left. All on a holiday. Great service, affordable, and fast.

When a HVAC repair comes up, it's usually one of the worst timed events and it certainly isn't the cheapest. The reaper came calling for my 19yr old a/c system a week and a half ago. These guys were my first bid. It hurt but I felt ok about it after a good conversation with Bryson. To be fair to myself, I got a couple other bids. Holy crap I'm glad I did! The second bid was higher by $5k+!! I was floored because it was the same system. The 3rd bid was the same pricing as the second one but with one slightly better (and unnecessary) component than the 1st and second bid. Still $5k+ more but sweetened with the cash back from a major warehouse store. I still would have had to finance $17k!! No thanks! I called to give the go ahead for SOS to take care of me. Im not regretting anything so far. They could have gotten me done the next day (a Saturday) but I needed a different day. They got me scheduled that next Monday! Install day came and they were slightly ahead of schedule and I'll never complain about that. Corey and Mayson showed up and got to work. I had barely finished taking to Corey and his son already had my a/c unit disconnected and off the pad. In short, they owned the install and I'm happy! They cleaned up everything and left a tidy looking install. I will always use these guys for any future needs and would hope that Cory and Mayson would be the the responding guys. Thanks fellas for making a potentially painful occurrence have such a positive outcome!!

The owner showed up today (on the weekend) because his techs weren't available. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Price was more than fair and his level of competency was clearly very high. Would highly recommend. In fact, I've now found a go-to HVAC company.
