What a disaster! I called due to a leak around the main drain in lower bathroom. I woke up the next morning and my basement was flooded....the basement that I just spent $10,000 on having renovated!!

I ended up calling my handy man and he came right over. He said that ""Brad"" did not use any type of plumbing ""dope"" on the drain when he put the drain cover back on. NOTHING! The water softener emptied that particular night and the water flooded the bathroom and then went into the living area. Brad was not able to fix the problem while he was there.

I disputed the $180 charge, after emailing Jeff. I never heard a work back from anyone at the business. They just totally ignored my email.

I would NEVER use them again!!

My basement drain was clogged and I was referred to SOS by a friend. Brad was out within 15 minutes & it took him less than an hour to find the problem & clear it. Polite, friendly & professional service from everyone I dealt with today. Highly recommended.
