I called in the evening. Had appointment next day. As we assessed the job it morphed from a drain clean out to a new toilet. The clog was actually in the 32 year old toilet. We replaced existing toilet with a new low flow toilet. Problem solved with an upgraded toilet which will save us on water bill. (Toilet flushing accounts for 1/3 of water usage.

Ernie, the owner, did the work. He was very polite, explained everything he was doing, and cleaned up well.
