Kari Ann R.My boyfriend and I bought a house recently from HUD, unfortunately they didn't winterize it. Every radiator in the place was broken, even the boiler. I called a few places for estimates. Only 2 bothered to show up. The one guy was a complete idiot. He was trying to fill the system knowing everything was broken. Luckily he didn't flood our house due to the severity of the breaks. Needless to say, he was out! Steve showed up and explained everything in detail. I was impressed by his knowledge. We also needed a plumber with a crew, because of the amount of damage. All of his workers (mainly family) were awesome. A special thank you to John and Joseph, (they were our main workers). They completed everything in a timely, and professional manor. The price was fair also for as big of a job as it was. If you need a great plumbing service, they are the guys for the job!!!
