Starting with their office person Krista, it was the ABSOLUTE BEST experience. My hot water tank broke. Called the big stores to price a new one and called about 10 local plumbers for service requests. All this happened the day before thanksgiving!!

When SM Pynn called back they said Josh and Evan would call when they were on the way. They called as I was told and arrived shortly after. They quickly assessed my situation and explained what was wrong so I understood and then gave me my options. I chose to purchase a new water heater. Expecting that they would have to come back another day, they surprised me and said they could get it done within a couple hours!!! The day before thanksgiving we got a new water heater installed with no previous scheduling!!

They were professional, understanding and the entire experience was excellent.

We had a stoppage in one of our pipes that restricted us from using any water in the house (the wife was really upset). I called Pynn and Sons. Whomever I spoke to was exceptional. She immediately advised she would direct someone to our house asap. I was surprised to see someone at our door an hour later (I figured best case scenario late afternoon). The gentlemen that came was professional and polite. He figured out the issue quickly and rectified it. I just got my bill yesterday. To say it was ""fair"" might be an understatement. Update.....had to call Pynn's again, this time for a plugged kitchen drain. Josh was there within an hour. Got the drain opened with total courtesy and professionalism! Our go-to plumber!

We have used this company twice for residential. Once to install a dishwasher and another time to install a backflow device to prevent flooding in our basement. Our dishwasher was installed wrong which resulted in an error code continually appearing. The problem was finally corrected after two more visits, but the owner tried to charge us more money for the install - what? - it didn't work properly? The basement job was very messy and required breaking up concrete and then pouring more. I don't know if the device works properly - we'll see, but our basement was left in a total disaster. I would have expected them to shop vac and clean up a little better.

Some people are turned off by the lady on the phone but look past that and give them a try. I had a rush commercial job and Tim Pynn appeared to stop everything to get my job done. I even had a problem one night and called him, he was home. rushed over and then went with me to the hardware store to put together the pieces I needed to fix my problem. It worked wonderfully. I was so surprised that he took the time to help me when he didnt really have the time at all. This is a good company and I recommend them.
