Straight up crook. Paid him to fix 2 leaking outside spigots. He went straight to the bank to cash my check before I could stop payment on it because when I attached the nozzle to the hose end to test the work after he left, the spigot leaks as bad as it always did.

When I called Silas back and texted him several times to come back and do the job correctly or give me my money back he blocked my ph#.

Stay away from this predator.

We've used S.L. Hammond at different times to install a disposal, clear a drain, and replace our bathroom sink faucet. He and his son are knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
